Exercise and Circles in the Iris

What’s the optimum amount of exercise?

Hilarion: Each person is different. To find your own optimum since each person is different is so difficult. How do you know this for yourself? You must come to a place in which you feel comfortable as you exercise but there are those who look at the eye for an understanding of this.

A slight circle may be noted around the outer perimeter of the iris and the more of these you have, the more exercise you will probably need in your life to feel good.

Still, though, exercise for anyone, at any level, is always so helpful for the simple reason that the immune system does very much relate to the lymphatic system. The lymphatic system is very much dependent on muscular action to move the waste products out of each of the cells of the body and to move them into the excretory system. The lymphatic system therefore, must be engaged on a daily basis.

Therefore, a minimum of ten minutes or even those with the fewest circles in the iris, for even those who have very little need for exercise, a minimum of ten minutes per day of vigorous exercise that is specifically to enhance the immune system and move all of the muscles, and moving all of the body and all of the different parts which focus on the arms and the legs and the torso and the head and the feet and the hands.

Thus, such movement is so helpful. Other individuals have much benefit by doing much longer sessions. They may find that they feel much better exercising for an hour twice a day. Indeed, what you notice is how you feel after such a session. Then, you look again later on in the day. Perhaps, it is time to do it again. Each individual will find this for themselves and it is not a path which can be universally recognized. It changes over time. What worked for you in your youth might be quite different when you are older.
