How Close Am I to Fully Activating my Lightbody?


Lori: How close am I to fully activating my light body? Is the purpose of it, that the more clearing I do the more light comes in?

Hilarion: No. The purpose is far beyond only one thing but answering your question is interesting because we see you fully activating your lightbody and it seems to be happening more often in sleep than when you are awake. It is maintaining, it is working with this, it is letting go of those patterns which are able to in some way shut this down or pull you away from this. On the larger level, how could you exist without the lightbody? 

So really, it comes backs to simply awareness that you are activating, working with, living within and what does that mean? It means in a way simply what you're not doing which is the area that is not so much, not in light body or living in it because those people would die too, if they didn't have the lightbody. But, the thought, the collective consciousness based on fear and ego which is everywhere present telling you, "you're not in the lightbody," or "working with it" or "living within it," or whatever. This is where the understanding of enlightenment that you might get by reading and rereading, “Translucent Revolution,” would be very helpful because what it is telling you is it's already there, you can step into it.

At the physical level of course any contaminant, any physical issue will draw your attention away from it but you also have so many examples of people suffering with terrible diseases who are clearly enlightened and working from a higher vibrational level. They may not be using that term but they are clearly, entirely activating their lightbody.

So, the question now becomes then what to do next? Obviously, we’ve been illustrating for you the problem. At some point it's not about doing at all. It's about a dropping into, about a being one with, an accepting, a letting go and all of these characteristics associated with being, not doing. You might even decide as a “doing practice,” using your imagination, using the tools you have from many books you've read and so on and so forth to mark out for yourself everyday. You are at your peak, you're well rested, you are fed, not going to drift off, fall asleep, how can you for that period, not “do”?

This is a difficult exercise because one needs something to focus on and one can focus upon the breath and working with a question such as, “who or what is experiencing this? Or who am I right now?” or tuning into a higher vibration, utilizing a mantra, etc. etc. all doing. Even the focusing on being that arrives from focusing on growth or contemplating who are you really is a doing. Is it possible, at an advanced level after you have been through these things, work with the learning, etc. the answer is a resounding absolute 100% yes. It is possible to stop doing.

To set up for yourself a time every day when you contemplate this and use your imagination to come to a place of just being or not doing or other things that may show up for you with different names associated with them would be excellent. But, you recognize the value of help on planet Earth that is why you are asking a nonphysical being. That is why you recognize and understand universal law and all that it works with. By setting this up at an appointed time you are then making the opportunity for help. For the nonphysical beings of the earth herself, of the vibrations that could ultimately be unnamed, in other words the anonymous helpers, the ones who really understand “being” or “not doing,” far better than others, "help me." 

Those who understand not doing, but being, "help me." A simple request, easily forgotten and you make your own statement in the doing-ness. This means carving out a time for this everyday and on a regular basis to enter into some state of not doing. Some aspect which the imagination might be coming to that or some technique. But, all is moving through the imaginative exercises in the letting go, the meditation. The visualization. It is there, you are aware of it, you work with it, and you just let it go.

Point being, when done on a regular basis, when carved out on a regular time period there is an additional energy there and oftentimes it is beings who have already mastered this. They are already aware of what they went through to get there, it may not be the same thing that you go through, but it might be. In other words the help is given and the way it is received is a little different because it is not a doing help, if it was it would only pull you away from being. Rather it is that which can come in various modalities for which you have no precedent that you are ready for but not understanding or knowing now at the current time. The result is that gently, little by little, you're moved, touched, pushed, cajoled into that space and that is the real point. Does this make sense?

Lori: So I really shouldn’t do Reiki or any other energy modality when I do that?

Hilarion: Reiki is wonderful but you must leave the symbols behind as you walk through the door, and it is left behind you into the place of emptiness. Reiki is delightful but was originally developed for purposes of helping, of healing, of assisting. It is wonderful and it has its real place but the real point of it at a personal level for your own evolution is eventually getting to the point where you recognize who you are when you are serving, when you are helping, how it affects you by changing the nature of your being.

But, in the meantime it is a wonderful way of transmitting energy, a moving into a beautiful transitional space because clearly it is very different base from any kind of help you would give in a more overt way and yet it is also that which does involve a doing as you have recognized.

What can emerge from this just like with everything is the essence of the symbols. How can that energy come to you? How can I use that as a doorway is a useful question. But as you step into those symbols, into that energy and as you are leaving it behind it is affecting you.

Lao Tzu spoke of being breathed by, or the sense that you are one with something in the way in which it is acting through you, it is not so much acting upon you as much as it is you. There are different ways to consider this including the scientific, in which one notices the shift out of the alpha brainwave state into the delta brainwave state so indicative of inner sensations of being one with. But, of course this will always be influenced by fluorides, plastics and various physical bodily processes that we can't discount the way in which these things all do help. Once things become a little better anchored and you are more comfortable in a place that you would say that you are in the Lightbody you may find that the physical aspects have less and less effect and less and less meaning. In the meantime though, they are somewhat helpful to pay attention to.
