But, what will eventually show up from this, nevertheless, is the gradual unbalancing of the entire endocrine system. The pineal, the pituitary, the thyroid, the parathyroid, and the adrenals will all be affected. They have a constant balance that is to a large extent moderated by various minerals such as potassium, calcium, sodium, and magnesium being the most important between the thyroid and the adrenals. As the person is eating less and the food doesn’t have those minerals in it anyway you are going to be exacerbating the imbalance that the drug itself gives. There are many people who will not do this and they will try to work with what addictions they already have and try to work through them with the drug substances and so on. Some amelioration can take place. Some reduction of those capacities can take place. That is again a simple procedure we have suggested in the past when a drug substance is utilized and causing these problems you can take the drug substances at a high homeopathic level on an empty stomach so the body can better accommodate and mitigate and eventually get rid of some of that. It certainly helps when you are seeking to move away from those drug substances to a more healthful diet.
So, you could take Ozempic at a 1M potency for instance every day on an empty stomach (away from food and drink) preferably in the early afternoon for seven days and to do this twice a year. This would better assist the body at cleansing and clearing out one of these difficult substances.
Still though, this doesn’t answer the bigger question as to why? This is often an emotional issue and people have an emotional relationship with the foods that they eat and the part of the action of using some new method such as described in “We Want To Live,” by Aajounus Vonderplanitz is to form a new emotional association with food. One of the more difficult aspects that we see with this which has to do with choice is exercise. It is far too easy when you decide you’re not going to exercise because you are taking these drugs because you don’t need to exercise. That’s absurd. Yet, the exercise you need is not so much about just moving the body. But, more and more with each passing day is this other factor. It has to do with cutting through the lines of magnetic and gravitational force of the earth. In the movement itself you are stimulating the nervous system in ways that relate to energetics that cannot be easily measured or seen. But, indeed can be felt. This is of course, assisted even in the simplest of exercises that move you up and down like yoga or Tai Chi or especially Qigong.
The point being that if you decide that you are going to use these drugs to lose weight and you’re not going to exercise, at least do some Qigong. Do some movements that stretch to the left and then to the right, the up and the down. Let those movements be subtle and creative and play with them. But, do them so you can cut through these lines of magnetic fields and gravitational force and energize the physical body in whatever way you possibly can.
We know that sounds awfully minimal given the importance of how so many things in the body work yet we speak to those who know others who can give them a little bit of help and help them to understand themselves a little better and perhaps from there come back and say, “doing those things you suggested has helped. Tell me more.” In that way you can share a little more to assist them to eventually find that which is natural in assisting the body on many levels.
