Hilarion on Naturally Boosting Your Immune System

Hilarion: what you have to work with is the understanding that in your consciousness you can touch an aspect of your own existence that is in constant vibration and increase its vibration, strengthen it tremendously. This is the underlying basis, you could say the fuel that feeds your immune system. So, it would be utilizing various exercises to strengthen your vibration that could potentially move some of the spike protein out and destroy it, and move it to places where it is no longer needed etc. etc. 

The difficulty is that most people don't do this and in fact the very nature by which they come to get a vaccine in the first place is about fear that they're going to contract a disease, fear that there are not enough people vaccinated so that threshold called, “herd immunity,” has not been reached and that you are a part of that. In various ways in which fear or guilt lower your vibration, bring you to a place in which you are more susceptible to the damage from spike  protein and damage from any disease including coronavirus. 

So, it would be wise that you learn of these things and try them and when you have a particular exercise that feels good to you that you can do regularly you find ways to change it around and make it more interesting but you do it regularly. We always suggest people start with Doctor Waldo Vieira's vibrational state exercise because it is so easy and is so often based on a sense of feeling which so many people have attunement and connection to.

You're aware of energy in your head and then you move it down to the feet, you move it back up to the head. Then, a little faster and a little faster, faster than breathing, faster than your heartbeat and faster and faster. You will begin to notice a sense of vibrating this is called vibrational state and you move it into this state regularly and remember this movement of energy regularly. One would ask, “how regularly? “There is no limit but at least do it two or three times a day. The point being that you are familiar with it. But, if you find another exercise putting attention on the breath and letting it move away from it, you immediately bring it back to the breath.
 
A famous exercise done by the ancients but the point of that is that you deliberately notice the breathing itself is actualizing and vibrating through you, increasing your consciousness in any way and doing what you can to raise your vibration regularly. If it takes a mantra to do that then do that. Whatever works for you to move into a higher vibrational state. It is so odd in our understanding of this to look at the general overall tone (the average tone you could say) with all of those people vibrating at high levels but all of those other people at lower levels but those who just don't care one way or the other. This as an average seems to be going down on planet earth and not up. 

Such terms can be relative and can have various meanings but we aren’t talking about them in terms of good or bad, simply a vibrational frequency. The kind of thing you might measure on a frequency meter if such a thing existed for this level of vibrational consciousness. 

The point of that is simply you have a choice in the matter and that you can change your vibration and in so doing an interesting thing happens that many others attune to the vibration that is around them unconsciously, unknowingly and they will tune into this vibration that you are projecting because it is helpful and because it is positive and more so than what they're working with around issues of fear perhaps or guilt or hopelessness. It is a sense of hope, a sense of expansion, a sense of light.

So, in this moment, in this emerald light, welcome it and feel the vibration now add to this the energy moving up and down faster and faster the attention on your breath and recognize that that energy will now go in your body to where something might be stuck and clear out some tension in your shoulder or the back of your tongue or someplace in your body that needs a little attention. For that we add to this, the last most powerful piece in some ways the most powerful and that which can take you immediately back to the nature simply that you exist. Could you just let it go?

That little bit of tension that you feel in the body as you raise your vibration. Could you just let it go? The emotion that was showing up around the understanding of that which would somehow seem fearful or producing some difficulty. Could you just let it go? As simple as this is when brought in while you are in a place of higher vibration, while you are awakening the light and the strength with you. This can have a profound effect because when you let go, when it is all released, not because we told you so but because you asked yourself and noticed that you could. What remains? It is an aspect of your being that is closer to your existence in the sense that it isn't trying to do anything, it isn’t trying to accomplish, it isn't asking for love. It is simply being as you let go, let go, let go. What is left is “is-ness,” itself.
