Technology to Shift Weather

Hilarion: There is attention upon the awareness that many people have of weather events and how they are interacting with technology. It is true that there have been some experiments of all types to affect the weather. But, the ability to develop a large-scale weather event and have control over it, still eludes those in such positions of technological prowess. They will likely continue to do so simply because these energies are relatively easy to manipulate from the aetheric level. Thus, it is the guides and the helpers who are working with these energies from the nonphysical level that probably for the next 30 or 40 years will still dominate how these things unfold, where they go, what happens with them and so on.

But, the general tendency to have more of these events certainly seems obvious. It is easy to see because of the warming of the oceans and the way this naturally gives rise to more of these events and the ways in which the earth herself must shift and change. Where people can manipulate this or change this is a more difficult issue. Why would they do so? Could it be for that which would inflict harm and why would this be beneficial and to what groups?

We do not want to completely destroy the idea of conspiracies. There are lots of  conspiracies on your planet; lots of beings at the physical level, extra-terrestrials, various others interacting and the list goes on. But, it is in the chaos, the way in which so many different energies are present and so it is not so easy for any one of these to get established. That is also one of the benefits of having things be in a more fluid sort of situation where they can change and can shift.
