Hilarion: A question has arisen about politics and what is to be done about those in positions of power who twist and turn the wheels of power to their own ends. Do you think this is new because now it's happening with technology? No. Such nonsense has been going on in various ways for so long and it keeps getting uncovered as you see now that some of the JFK files are now being uncovered and now that some of the deeper history about the US involvement in foreign countries is uncovered and the list goes on and on.
Here is where Star Trek got it right, “The Prime Directive.” The Prime Directive is a cosmo-ethic directive. It isn’t that which is enforced or what you are going to go on trial for in the Federation, should you violate The Prime Directive. You are not going to be court marshalled but still that energy as a cosmo-ethic does exist. So, it is those beings who have no particular allegiance or awareness of the cosmo-ethic, those who aren't particularly concerned about their own karma who will violate this and interfere with humanity and do it in various ways you have become aware of over time.
But, those at the higher vibrational level would not seek to interrupt your process or bring to you great fear or difficulty or struggle should they make their appearance known in a way in which they admit and acknowledge that they are from another star system. That is what is usually meant by a “public appearance,” as such since public appearances of course, happen all the time. But, you don’t know that they are from that other star system. One of the great jokes in the movie series, “Men In Black.”
But, it is important to recognize in your own consciousness that there are many people who wish for this to happen so that other people in the world would “wake up.” They would be aware that there is more than just what's going on, on planet earth. There will be some who will be disappointed to hear that it is probably not so likely that a public appearance in the way in which you perceive it will occur this year. However, it is a matter of probabilities and it is still likely that such an appearance would cause great problems on planet earth.
So, each time such a thing gets close to happening it is usually suppressed or stopped by those people in positions of power who want to hold onto their power and who do not want to see the world in chaos and difficulty that such might ultimately provide. Still though, it does seem important to have the viewpoint of this in the sense that you would ask the question, “What would change? What would you do differently? How would you feel about yourself and others knowing that an alien race of greater intelligence than your own has been observing you for millennia and has some interesting things to contribute and say to you?
These questions revolve around your own evolution, your own ability to know things at a deeper level. It does appear that with the enhancement of consciousness, this movement into higher dimensions, this decreasing of density and increasing of the levels of your own being.
In many ways this has been described and looked at in the past, but ultimately, what it comes down to here for you is the opportunity for greater connection with others for enhanced communication. Cellular phones, and cell phones with their own communication have just about reached the end of what they can provide you. This has been a grand experiment with certain problems, obviously with the enhanced radiation on planet earth as a result but people begin to recognize that such communication is important to them, that they want it. People want to be in higher communication with guides, helpers, and especially with each other.
It is this first inkling that it is something that you desire that will lead you down the path of increasing your own consciousness to the point where you can become more telepathic and you can receive and transmit information, pictures, feelings, indeed feelings especially and other attributes as you have seen the high likelihood that extraterrestrials have been doing for most of their existence. It’s not so easy on earth because of the high density here in the environment around you but as you go beyond that, but also the other way around that as you develop telepathically it helps you raise your vibration and helps you move to a place of a higher dimension or a lesser density.
But, the point of this is a question. Would you like to know this? Would you like to know the thoughts of others? Would you like others to know your thoughts? Indeed, the collective consciousness is ready to take a leap in such a direction. Yes, some of it will come along technologically and some of it may come utilizing inert gases, helium in particular, of course.
But, there will also be within this, as often is the case with humanity, the old attribute of a few steps forward and a few back as you make your way through this. Who will be the leaders in this? Those who will chart the path and assist you are the children as it has always been. What they do with this from a place of innocence is coming to the planet through, “The Telepathy Tapes,” as they are called to remind people about how autism eventually reveals itself as that which brings such deeper communication and a deeper attunement to others and so on.
