Hilarion: There is a question about deuterium depleted water. When you take deuterium, which is the heavy form of hydrogen out of water you make it intrinsically more healthy and beneficial to the cells. It has the capability of curing cancer if properly applied. It needs to be taken in by the cells that have cancer and the cells adjacent to them. If this is not done, then it is not harmful but it is not particularly beneficial either. The two ways to do this are by ingesting deuterium depleted water regularly and getting tested regularly for the overall tissue level of deuterium in the body. If this can be continuously lowered each month; month after month a little bit lower there is a natural tendency here to cure all cancers. 

But, if the deuterium depleted water can be directly surrounding cancerous tissue this does seem to be helpful on so many levels. This has been proved in many experiments with animals particularly in Hungry, in Romania and in Germany and this is expanding worldwide. When this is injected into areas where the cancers are present they disappear and do so over a period of a few months. 

Cancer is a disease of lack of communication of that which is an inner deep truth, often for that individual a truth they are denying and struggling with and working with.

Of course, for anyone who is struggling with cancer, the most powerful is the consciousness, the mind, that which the animals do not have easy access to and the most important aspect of this always relates to communication. Because after all, it is communication within the cells and here is it also communication person to person. We are seeing many forms of communication reduced as a result of coronavirus and we are seeing a generalized increase in types of cancers and various cancers all over the world. 

So, we would strongly suggest anyone working in the psychological or psycho spiritual realm to investigate the aspects now called “German New Medicine.” They were originally introduced by Doctor Reich Geerd Hamer but are now being taken up and worked with. You could say it’s the “second generation of Hamer work.” by many other individuals.

Lori: I looked on a few deuterium depleted water websites and they had two choices: the five PPM or the 10 PPM. Do you have a recommendation?

Hilarion: 10ppm is acceptable. It is pretty much a waste to just drink low deuterium. It can be diluted with your target dilution at around 100 PPM for the first month or so. But, yes there are protocols particularly for people who don't like to drink a lot of water where you drink the 10 PPM undiluted in the morning and then drink very little of any other water for the rest of the day and this means from other sources such as tea, coffee, soup and the list goes on. Of course, you're going to be receiving deuterium from so many different sources. The other thing is that you are eating foods that have sufficient raw fat so that the body can convert the fat to water and in this way naturally replace the deuterium in the body.

Lori: So, if we buy this deuterium depleted water, how much of it should we drink?

Hilarion: The answer to that turns out to be financial and nothing else.

Lori: There’s no limit? It can’t cause any harm?

Hilarion: After all, it is correct to say your planet has too much deuterium. From that you can draw your own conclusions. But, yes you are correct you cannot have too much unless it was the same as drinking too much water. People are hospitalized regularly for drinking too much water. They get into an addiction with it and drink lots of lots and it depletes minerals from the body and they become faint and the minerals that are needed are not available and they experience muscle cramping or various difficulties where magnesium is, or even a heart attack as sufficient magnesium is removed. This is less likely with the deuterium water because minerals are added to it but we aren't suggesting people over drink water, simply substitute for all of the sources of deuterium in your life that which is deuterium free or deuterium depleted.

Hilarion: Along time ago, this planet was much drier, there wasn’t very much water and that was because it was essentially a rock. As you know, rocks don’t usually have very much water and this continues on your planet all around you, the simple symbols that you see when you walk in nature. Then a comet was attracted to earth. These move in and out of the orbit of the sun constantly and those that had moved fewer times came to hit the earth very long ago. Before the ages of plants, before the ages of the oceans, these comets contributed to the water and this water was largely free of deuterium, a hydrogen isotope found in the sun because the comets were young.

But, as comets age they go around the sun more and more times. As they do so, the water in them, (as you know they are balls of ice) the water in them melts and refreezes and in doing so collects neutrons emitted from the sun; collects deuterium emitted from the sun. Each comet as it gets a little older has a higher and higher level of deuterium within the water in that comet. So, when they do, as they eventually do strike earth, the level of deuterium in the water on your planet increases. 

By its very nature now, the hydrolocigal cycle transports this water all over your planet. In a few thousand years this is pretty evenly distributed over most of your planet. Water with that extra neutron provided by the deuterium fools your biological processes in ways that have not been adapted to and ways in which then physically you age. 

This has many different components. The most prominent is that of the mitochondrial interaction with adenotriphosphate and the muscular action of your physical body and every time you move is making you a tiny bit older when one atom of heavy water, that is deuterium and oxygen instead of ordinary hydrogen and oxygen makes its way through the cellular structures. As if then, that reaction is killed or stopped.

Similarly, as DNA replicate, it is also based on water and hydrogen and hydro-carbons and as those atoms of deuterium instead of hydrogen, are interacting, they also cause problems. Replication of DNA stops. Opportunity to heal, stops. These have many other ramifications and many effects that are technical and we do not need to go into that now.

But, the simple fact of the matter is you have too much deuterium on your planet. The result of this is that which is valuable for your own consciousness: death. 

Because you take the most important aspect from one life to the next, it isn’t just about humans. It is about the plants and the animals. Indeed, it is now coming to light that up until about 66 million years ago life on earth was quite a bit longer. Dinosaurs probably lived over 300 or 400 years. This is being proven by the fossil records because the deuterium was lower. 

Oh yes! It was still present then. In fact, there was a direct relationship between how much deuterium was on your planet and how long people age. 

Again, when we look to the other planets, to the extra-terrestrials and what they have understood about this, a certain point in their own evolution comes when they recognize this and remove the deuterium. It is pretty hard to do with your currently available technology. New technologies will likely be introduced over the next decade or two and perhaps be more widely taken up but in the meantime what technology is available can provide you with water that is significantly lower in deuterium. Water that has the potential to extend your lifespan tremendously. At the same time, more importantly because the damage has been done for most of those who would hear us, for the lives of your children. 

But, as you come to understand this you would also recognize that this presents a certain burden within your own consciousness. At the very least, you would investigate this, you would learn about it as a result of hearing what we said. You might reject it entirely and say, oh! that will never be so, or I will simply forget about it because there’s nothing I can do about it. That’s fine.

Our intent is only to raise the collective consciousness one iota. One tiny bit, so that others in learning about this may go further and so on. Because technologically this is not an insurmountable problem by any means. It is simply that which is going take a little more thought and understanding amongst humanity. Interestingly enough, planets that based their energy production on hydrocarbons or various other techniques that significantly altered their planet making it way too hot in most cases, or in some cases, way too cold; found that this deeper understanding about deuterium also provided them tremendous amounts of energy that did not pollute and eventually they were able to bring their planet back on course and at the same time increase the longevity of the plants, animals, and all the beings that lived there. 

The current techniques must be commented on as crude as they are; they tend to cause water to be harmed. This is relatively easy to correct. You take the water and put it in a glass vessel in the sun for two hours. This will restore the bond angle and repair the water and then this can be taken into the body as people begin to experiment and do different things with this technology there will be new advances but there will also be new applications because the widespread understanding of this is only now just beginning.

One of the first applications is, as you might have imagined, is with animals. A way in which cancer in animals is being quickly cured by the utilization of low deuterium water. As simple as that may sound it is profound because of course, animals are not going to be so driven by the various factors, diet, thought patterns, different ideas that people are and this is likely to expand into many other areas as people simply begin to understand this.
