VELO (Voluntary Energetic Longitudinal Oscillation)

Hilarion: Now, working with this same idea of vibration, what sort of vibration do you see yourself having? Recognize that in the world there is indeed, constant interaction with vibration. It is all around you on so many levels and what you eventually come to is the ability within your own natural sense of being to change your vibration. Those associated with Waldo Viera, the ways in which they have continued to explore this and move this, beyond their initial meditation called, “vibrational state,” and now have a sequence they call, “VELO.” They are taking that vibration to levels that were hinted at but they make it a bit more rigorous, a way in which you are externalizing it and drawing that vibration in various ways into the world around you and so on.

It is a wonderful practice but it takes time. It takes a dedication and a willingness to learn from it but most importantly to work with it on a regular basis and you need to examine what benefit it has had for you. How have you felt a little better doing VELO? How has that energy shifted something in your life? How have you been able to use it somewhere to help another person or to help your own physical body? These are good ways of re-aquanting yourself and working it into your own daily practice because unlike other meditative practices it has a specific goal of bringing more energy into your life, into your world, into the people around you, into more healing and helpful ways that have not been previously considered for you.

We notice in people who have been doing VELO, and many have been doing this now for a few years, that it enhances creativity, new ideas, new perspectives on things. In a few people we do see new brain cells being grown that comes more when you are engaging in challenging mental activities after doing VELO but this tendency to attune to vibrations beyond your own that can be so helpful when using this technique.
