So, the first benefit of seeing things differently where you break a habit pattern in your mind by doing crossword puzzles that you never did before and by learning a new language that you never did before, or by doing exercises that are entirely different from anything you’ve ever done before. Whatever it is, it is because then you can get a perspective on this and see where those habit patterns have perhaps been beneficial but also can create problems.

Most importantly though, far beyond that of the physical is the psycho-spiritual habit pattern that is related to the particular area generally associated with denial. What are you denying?
Similarly, you go through life you find what works and perhaps you are a little less attuned to the importance of blending the spiritual, the emotional, the higher vibrational, the non-physical, the psychological, the mental realm and especially the spiritual.
So, this denial of those two meeting does is naturally create the functional equivalent at the subtle body level which will be attached to the knees. So, then if there is some small deficiency of lubrication that will be where it goes rather than to the hip or the shoulder or the neck. Yet, as those places have their own important symbolic connection, that is where such weakening will take place. So, you need all of these in order to have the chronic difficulty and clearing only one of them will usually be helpful but will not completely reverse the condition.
So, then it is always important for anyone at any age to be asking, “what habit patterns have I created? What habit patterns do I welcome? What habit patterns am I working on reducing? But, most importantly, where do these affect me at a spiritual level?” Sometimes these can come as a gentle meditation where you attune to a sense of openness at the same time as you are connecting to a typical habit pattern. In doing so what you will find is that the guides and helpers now have an opening; an opportunity to share with you and often times they will do this with symbols; a memory of the person you knew in the past, a smell, a sudden sense of something that isn’t right. Whatever your particular modality is, that is what the guides and helpers can work with to remind you of these things.

Always be looking at the core of these; what enzymes, what important, helpful, nutrients that have been within the consciousness of my ancestors and go back at least seven generations. Where have these been placed in the world? In my life? In the things that I ingest? In the way in which I relate to other people? and so on.
