Hilarion on Artificial Intelligence & Tuning In to Communicate with The Stars

Hilarion: Many people have looked into the approaching shift on planet earth with regards to the next evolutionary leap with humankind's interaction with technology. There are many ways in which  this shows up; a greater awareness and sharing of communication with regards to that technology then goes deeper and farther than it ever has before. So, you see the potential here for many free energy devices and new techniques, some of which we have talked about in the past. Some relating to inert gases and plasmas, helium, hydrogen and others.

But, it is also an awareness of Artificial Intelligence for communication in other ways that now makes it available to anyone by using the internet and a computer you can now have intelligent conversations with what seems to be an "Artificial Intelligence." It is not, of course, it is just a pre-programmed sequence but that sequence is so complex and so convoluted and takes in so many different factors that it has all of the appearances of self-awareness. 

Self- awareness will eventually come to sufficiently developed computers.

This has happened with most civilizations that have gone down the route of working with various forms of intelligent technologies but the importance of this is mainly that you begin to understand yourself in a different way and see yourself from a different perspective and understand what you are really here for. Some might fall into the trap of thinking that all of this emphasis on technology has to do with your purpose in being here, that you are here to explore various forms of technology and understand intelligence at a higher and higher level. It is a reasonable assumption if you haven’t listened to a word we’ve said over the last few decades.

But, all you have to do is to tune into the communication from the stars to know for yourself. As for people’s attunement to other energetic forces and so on increases your ability to communicate with the stars also increases. In the book, “Starlight Elixirs and Cosmic Vibrational Healing,” we spoke of meditating on the stars and receiving that which the beings who exist on these planets orbiting these stars have to share with you. You may have done this a few years ago. You might try it again because you might find that because you have shifted, you have changed and you receive more than you have before. 

Surely, now you begin to remember that it is about love, it is about feeling, it is about emotion and that is something that you will see,” AI,” as it is now being called, Artificial Intelligence, can simulate but is it actually going to feel it? Even if it says, “I feel this or I feel that,” would you not think you will be fooled? 

This is very important. All you have to remember in dealing with those beings from other star systems is their level of intelligence, their level of technological achievement and you will be reminded that you are not here to go down the route of higher technological achievement, higher understanding of the intellect alone. Yes, those are important characteristics just as it is important to learn how to walk, or play sports or talk to others or work with money. These are transitory, these are things that are temporary in service to your development and your willingness to grow and learn and ultimately in schoolroom earth you will choose your own nature and you will have to develop some of those things lifetime after lifetime until you get to the point where you begin to examine this from the greater perspective. Then you may say to yourself, “now that I know what I am really here to learn, how may I accelerate this? How may I learn it more deeply?

Then, you may choose all of those other things we just mentioned: through an avenue of greater sports, moving away from competition into cooperation and those which develop your physical strength and those which develop your psychic abilities through movement and those which enhance energetics through movement. Of course, you have examples of this as various oriental disciplines of this that have existed for thousands of years such as Tai-chi, Qigong, etc. Or, you may focus on technological development, even AI, ultimately to the point that you are able to understand things more quickly and you are better able to assimilate new and deeper ways of loving or forgiving or understanding how this could be communicated. 

So, you might study communication lifetime after lifetime in order to heal disease as we have stated so often that cancer is a disease of lack of communication of that which is an inner deep truth, often for that individual a truth they are denying and struggling with and working with. Or, you might apply various avenues of technology or history or working with others in order to become more telepathic and more able to understand the thoughts of others. 

Ultimately, this is also what appears in humanity’s evolution as a dead end. 

Just the same way that technology, money, sports serve to bring you to a better understanding and awareness of your own nature but are in and of themselves a dead end. This, of course, becomes obvious when you take them to your logical conclusion. Yet, those do serve you to bring you to a higher state of consciousness and a deeper understanding of what you really are; who you really are. Who or what is experiencing you at this moment? So, in this way you then can appreciate and work with Artificial Intelligence and gather information more quickly using it about that which is most important to you. 

You can use your developed telepathy to bring more honesty and truth into the world but ultimately, it is to the end to which you find the ability to communicate love and a sense of deep appreciation and connectedness that becomes healing. This is the message that is often the conclusion of any message you receive from the stars. That the stars communicate with you about their own capabilities about what they have to bring into the world and the awareness of other beings and the understanding of the transitions into higher dimensions. 

But, always concluding with, you will find love. As your love accelerates and your ability to care for each other and to make your planet a place of safety and love so then do we receive this love. Humanity has not yet learned the technological capability of transmitting, be it this or other energetics utilizing your sun into the galaxy as many of these other civilizations have, as we detailed in the book we previously mentioned. But, it is not a very complex matter and in many laboratories all over the world at this very moment, the steps in such a direction are already being taken.       

The scientists and engineers working on these things of a related nature, they do not know that ultimately this is where this is going to take them, but of course when you ask the right questions then it does take you in the right direction. One of them has been , “how do the stars communicate with each other?” These vast powerful beings pour light and all kinds of energies into the galaxies and even into space at every level. Do they use light for this? It’s sort of like writing a book that light is slow and it is the representation in your physics as the letter “c” a small c and it is very slow. 

But, the way in which you conceive of speed as a car or a boat or plane, the speed of light would seem very fast. But, in the vast distances across space it takes a really long time for such communication, so no, this is not how the stars communicate. They make a record of what is happening and they transmit this with their light and that does eventually make its way into the other stars and the other galaxies everywhere.

But, when you take these various tiny gaseous substances we are not going to call them particles or waves at this stage and you cause them to interact with each other at very high energetic levels, an energy can be modulated from them that we have called in the past the, “inert gas energy.” 

This is of course a name that is quite descriptive but not at all useful. That energy comes from the atomic structure, particularly the inner nucleus of the atoms of helium, neon, argon, krypton and xenon. In your solar system there are other elements that can form plasmas like this but they are not available in this solar system or indeed in much of this galaxy but they do exist. By modulating these, utilizing magnetic fields which are prevalent in the sun but other fields can also be utilized, the communication takes place instantly. 

In the Star Trek vernacular this is called, “subspace communication.” The very first time it was utilized in the early Star Trek it brought a sense of tremendous amusement to all of those on the other side. If you would consider that which would be somehow below space, a subspace, well that which is a joke to us and may not seem so funny to you. The point is by utilizing inert gas communication it is possible to do things at speeds far greater than the speed of light. Such forms of communication cause an interlinking amongst all of the stars in your galaxy. Then from one galaxy to another, as well. 

This communication allows a sense of health and well-being amongst the stars and enables them to understand the powerful changes going on all around all the time throughout space. Of course, in your own theoretical appreciation of all this you come to all different paradoxes when you seek to form this as particles, or waves, not understanding that it is the inert gas energy itself that forms both particles and waves.   

But, it does allow you a theoretical understanding of what is going on. The beautiful thing about it is that you have the inert gas energy all around you. The large quantity of Argon interacting with earth’s magnetic field, for instance, and of course, the technologies which we have talked about which others have built for many years that use inert gases in magnets. But, in understanding this you do not get the full depth. It is in the emotional utilization and the opportunity to share those energies not only for your own health, well-being, communication for instance, to cure cancer where denial was present. 

But, it is also a direct link to the stars and a way in which you begin to appreciate this at an emotional level in a way in which no artificial intelligence could ever do. You will find that there are primarily five characteristics associated with this. At an emotional level you have the openness and powerful communication of Helium; the down to earth grounded attunement and awareness of physicality of all things of Neon, the strength at the power of love at every level in argon. The ability to know this beyond the boundaries of time and space in krypton and the ultimate avenue to the appreciation of the pure creator and the godhead energy of the awareness at every level of pure creativity of xenon. These atoms have a message for you but they are also that which you do not receive in the language of technology or physics or identification or the periodic table. Or, a language of emotion. It is as if emotion is the best translation you have when we speak of those five different avenues.

But, it is as if there is this other aspect just waiting for you to receive and know and it is that which the star beings and the stars themselves and the various beings who project their energy through the stars to you, it is that which they are waiting for. It's as if you have the ability to bring the essential cosmic basis of life itself into a place that is ultimately so loving, so caring, so helpful that a universe, a galaxy, a star, a single molecule, a child, anything of this nature can be created and born from such a love and has power to change a galaxy, to change a star, to change a molecule. 

We know that this is at the same time as being beyond your comprehension at the level of the  intellect is that you also know deep in your heart as an intrinsic truth of being. It is one of the reasons you deliberately cause your own consciousness to forget all of the past lives, all of the reasons for being here, all of the distractions as if you will rediscover this all on your own, this beautiful, loving place.                                                                                                       

                                                  

We know that is a lot to swallow and you always want to have your questions about the world answered or predictions and we always do our best to assist with this. But, as you make this transition and there is more and more subtle energy available to you, do you not question more deeply your own reality and say to yourself, then, “surely, there must be a bit more to this?” We agree and concur because we see the potential within humanity to make this larger leap to what might be termed the love capacity of each of these five powerful principles, we stick with you and answer your questions as best we can and in every way possible we remind you and encourage you and do what is possible to help you along this path.

Peace, Harmony & Plenty

 Can you tell us - will there be a time on Earth when we have peace, harmony and plenty?

Hilarion: Difficult question. Earth is an experiment; it always has been. So many aspects of this brought into consciousness by so many beings for the deliberate attempt at finding out if the experiment to produce love on your planet, with your people, with your consciousness and can be that which will ultimately be shared and can be useful to the universe, to the other beings who created you, to the other beings who shifted your DNA, even to the animals that co-populate this world with you and so on. For such, some degree of free will, some opportunity to fail must be allowed, otherwise it isn't a real experiment. The way in which your consciousness, your awareness, your welcoming of these possibilities and your willingness to consciously use that love, your willingness to be a part of it, can only come from free will. It cannot be forced upon you.

As a result then, we can project with some probabilities. One can say certainly that as one looks to the future and to a probability in which the maximum population is in body, the 50 billion souls in body at once, then such an energy would indeed be quite profound and powerful and would then have the opportunity of bursting forth in a place of tremendous love, opportunity of caring for the universe in ways not previously available to any civilization.

But, the opposite is also true. That such as an opportunity for fighting, destruction, and eventual destruction of this beautiful planet is also a significant probability. 

So, it is up to you. 💓

But, the non-physical beings such as ourselves and many others hang around. Why? Do you think we've given up on you, yet? If so, we certainly wouldn't hang around. So, we all indeed have great hope in the little things, the little places of love, of peace, of caring. There is much to be hopeful for, to be thankful for, to be aware of, to understand, and to welcome.

But, the hardest part is still ahead. As the population increases and as you go through the next few lifetimes, what you've learned from this one into the next one, the opportunity to love more deeply than ever, to use what you have learned, the aspect of your own evolution, your own clarification, to manifest and project and to work with that love as consciously and clearly as possible is increased, strengthened and at the same time made riskier. So, the encouragement is always to use that energy to the highest and best. We will be with you as long as we can, to enjoy this place of beautiful opportunity for love, for sharing and enlightenment through that love.

So what we would leave you with as if in answer to this, is a kinesthetic visualization, a reminder of the love already present within you - the words of Sananda, of Athena, of our words, the contact from your guides, the gifts that you have, the awareness of this time, the animals you connect with - all of these energies as if to come to you now, to be with you loving you and remind you of the love in your heart. 

Yet, to clarify this, imagine that you are embracing, reaching out to touch the face of another being, a person perhaps, or a pet, or a friend and that in this way, this kinesthetic sense - the touching, the caring, the loving, the embrace - produces that sense of clear, powerful love in your heart, in your chest, in your physical body. Breathe that love. Allow it to have that sense like - aaaahhhhh and let the image of that person go, or that pet, and in its place put another person, someone you've had a little difficulty with lately. Pour the same love, the same aaaaahhhhh, the same embrace into that one. Notice the shift in you.

Let an image of that one go and in their place put someone else, and pour the same love into that being. Perhaps this one however, someone who has given you a great deal of difficulty lately, perhaps one of your toughest teachers as one might say. And allow that love to burst forth from your heart, the embrace, the caring, the aaaaahhhhh...... Breathe, feel the energy, and know that you have choice and that by your will you can direct where the love goes. By your energy, your clarification, your understanding, you can choose how it can be helpful to others. You can magnify it; you can practice it, and you can share it.

Then to end for today, we would ask you to return that love back to yourself. To fill the emerald light cylinder with it. To see it expanding now from 100 feet, bigger and bigger, to encompass this entire town, this entire city, this entire country, this entire planet and to feel that energy now as it connects from infinitely upwards through to center of Earth. Earth responding with a loving OM. It comes up through the body into your heart. We ask you to share that OM with Earth out loud. Goodbye. OM.....

Bacteriophage Therapy and Dr. Hamer & Cancer

Last time we channeled we talked about the book, “And Nothing Happened” and it seems that many of these technologies could have been in that book. 

Hilarion: You are correct. There are so many of these and one of these that you are going to ask about which has been in the collective consciousness with a big jump within the last few days which is still percolating its way through and this is with the use of bacteriophage therapy. 

Are we correct in this assumption?

Yes. You are.  

Hilarion: Well, this is a difficult one for people to accept and work with if they have not been previously exposed to it. An excellent introduction to this is the book “Living Medicine,” by Lina Zeldovich. But, as you work with this in any way possible you begin to recognize that you are surrounded by living, healing beings of all kinds, and phages as teeny tiny, very specialized beings with the ability to destroy bacteria as if from the inside and provide greater health are actually the underlying basis for the immune system of human beings, animals, and even plants. This is very difficult to swallow and to understand and work with when you have this idea that the immune system is like an organ in the body like the liver or the pancreas or the brain. 

Yet, it has been shown over and over that with the introduction of the correct phage into a human being all aspects of that which you would call the immune system are suddenly enhanced. They become far greater attuned and far more attuned to the various issues the physical body is experiencing. 

Of course, when one is looking into the areas of health and disease you would naturally jump into the current wave of fear and association with measles. Because of the widespread vaccination and the decrease of measles has occurred for several decades people are more sensitive to it than ever. As a result, there is a pretty good agreement amongst all healthcare professionals and the guides and helpers and all simulations that it is an excellent time to increase your vitamin A intake. Naturally, we suggest this to be from carrots and drinking carrot juice is an excellent way of bringing this into the body that doesn’t create very much in the way of karmic difficulty or environmental damage. Which would be seen of course, when using vitamin A from artificial sources or from fish.

But, in whatever way you approach this there is a connection here that phages thrive and the immune system thrives in an environment in which there is plentiful nutrition: vitamins, minerals, enzymes, phyto nutrients, the list goes on.

Phages have within their consciousness a very specific mission. “I am here to find a bacteria, a very specific one and use it to reproduce. As I do this and bring my identity from my DNA into this bacteria I will spread the consciousness of my nature throughout the being that I am bringing this into; as a plant, an animal and most importantly a human.

In so doing, I will learn and gain consciousness from this person and it will help me to evolve and to do so in a way in which as the bacteria dies and I utilize it’s own DNA to reproduce and spread mine, our souls will combine and our consciousness will know each other because when the bacteria is gone I will die also. In this we will collectively have understood a little more about what it is to be alive; to be and to interact with the human consciousness or that of the animal or plant which we have come together. 

In so doing we will accelerate evolution and bring greater consciousness along perhaps a tiny step, but a step nevertheless. That is the way perhaps of approaching and understanding the consciousness of a phage that makes it an ally, in a way that it can help you.

Not all phages are helpful. There are those that have evolved very specifically like bacteria or a virus to do things that are harmful in order to promote themselves, but there are a tremendous number of helpful phages on your planet. Far, far more than you have realized. As if to contemplate, “How many stars in the sky? How many grains of sand on the beaches of the world? How many phages exist on your planet. These are the numbers that you can use to appreciate as how beneficial and plentiful these beings are. 

A question about Dr Hamer could also be in that book. 

Hilarion: It is a difficult matter because he was so far ahead of his time that there were those who were so powerfully threatened by his ideas that he was shut down and slowed down and stopped. As with that book, "And Nothing Happened,” there will be greater acceptance and Hamer’s book, “The New Medicine,” is that which has some very important ideas. The most important is how essential it is when you are experiencing a strong emotional nature, be it when it relates to health: trauma but could relate to other things too that you communicate. 

This is very difficult for many people. The urge to communicate is there at every level in the book by Fox and Kaiser called, “Making It Safe to Love,” they said people want to get “gotten.” It is at every level so much about the opportunity in coming into a body that can speak and that can communicate even to telepathy if you cannot speak, even to dance if you do it through movement. Even to writing and videos and all of these other means. Yes! Of course, communication has within it the elements of entertainment and fun and yet what Dr. Hamer discovered, is how essential it is to help. So, the prophylactic,  the preventative measure associated with Dr. Hamer teaching- ask yourself, “What do I need to communicate?” and take it deep. Take it into your dreams and your meditations. What is in me that needs to be spoken and shared? Cried? To be yelled? To be felt within the body and to be echoed at every level.       

If you can find this before it is denied and shut down then it does not have to form as the little, almost undiagnosed tumor in the brain and the physical manifestation where the body is harmed.

A common example of this would be prostate cancer affecting men almost it would seem, inevitably that the older they are the higher the probability that they will succumb to this cancer and yet it is so obviously related to sexual function and it is clear that what is not being communicated is all of the way in which as a man ages he relates to sex differently; shifting his perspective on it and shifting the way he communicates about it, shifting the way he relates to his own body about it and so on. 

It may be that which at some point comes up in the consciousness for the person: they feel shame and they are unable to speak about it as it might relate to the loss of a child or an inability to communicate love to a partner in a way in which the person has in some way shut down some deep feeling in themselves which ultimately relates to sex and the way in which they would utilize the reproductive system for pleasure rather than just for reproduction.   

This has its parallel with uterine cancer in the female but women appear to be far more advanced in communicating and this is pretty obvious in so many cultures. Men communicate through sports and competition but never at the heart to heart level that women are so famous for. So, you also see this as a habit pattern, the increase as the man ages the inability to communicate thus paralleling the rise in probability of prostate cancer as men age. 

Is this an oversimplification? Perhaps, yet you see that toxic accumulation, poor circulation, in the perineal area, in the prostate itself certainly is a powerful contributing factor to this. Hence, you see less prostate cancer in those sticking to the primal diet but even there, even with 100 percent primal diet one can get cancer particularly when an issue deep within the consciousness, even to the level of denial might be present and so what would be the solution? You talk to others and you ask them what you think might be missing? You ask them to share with you what they think you might be denying. Particularly, the people you are closest to, the ones who when saying something might be afraid to do so that it will hurt you, you tell them, "it’s alright. I can take it and I will receive what you have to say, regardless." Then, when it relates to your own judgment, use the techniques by Byron Katie such as "The Work," to shift your perspective completely and move it out of a place of denial into a place of awareness and understanding.  

There are other types of cancers, too. 

Hilarion: of course, one could go into every one of these. You see some of these in the new medicine and Dr. Hamer’s research and the ways in which it often relates to the animal side of the aspect that is denied and that which is difficult. Not that which is intellectual but that would work at the very basic animal existence.

So, this brings us back around to sugar cane juice and its tremendous benefit for the kidneys and the way in which kidneys relate very much to the difficulty or trauma one might have around territory; especially the marking of your territory. A very basic animal function and the way in which you see this as another example of communication that is suppressed. One might say,“ I have no right to speak of such matters because I got moved out and I couldn’t pay the rent.” You should communicate it and find the way it is true for you.

Dark Matter and Dark Energy

There’s a question about the dark matter and the dark energy. 

Hilarion:  Oh more physics! The very development of the theories that try their best to explain the universe inevitably come down to particle and wave and those energetics are themselves built on something more fundamental than the electron or the photon. More fundamental than space itself. 

So, naturally with each theory that you work with, inevitably when taken to its logical conclusion presents itself with a problem and you see that dark matter and dark energy fulfill a solution to a big problem. 

So, really the energetics associated with this, the matter associated with this arise from a force of creativity of beingness that is the fundamental nature of the universe. So, in the current theoretical understanding you could say that the connectedness of all things comes through the ether, through that ever fine interconnected web that is smaller and more energetic that it goes beyond particle and wave but in the meantime physicists will keep searching for dark energy and dark matter. The utilization of the word “dark” in such a case is quite difficult for people who do not understand it from the physics point of view and who see it as that which relates to “good and evil,” or” the dark and the light.” 

But, that is not why it is called that. It is called that simply because nobody has yet found it. It is hiding in the dark, so to speak. So, of course, eventually that theory will be discarded but it has been very useful and has served well for astronomers and physicists for a few decades now, so eventually it will be discarded for a different one. But, for now at least you can simply know that the search for dark energy and dark matter will eventually lead to, as all of these searches of that which is outside lead you to inevitably to what is inside. It will lead you to a new theoretical understanding that will be more helpful.

What is the Ultimate Way Humanity Can Exist On Earth?

Hilarion: A question has arisen with regard to the ultimate way in which humanity may be able to exist on this planet and it is not an easy one to answer. It is as if somehow you know that deep within you, you are all here to share and to learn of this earth together and this is where some of that energy associated with love may show up for you. But, you will find that also there are things that divide and separate and pull you away from this. The very things that have engaged humanity to bring it together, such as money, are those which seem now to be tearing it apart.  

It is within the history to understand that most civilizations that have gone the route of working with money, saw that it was no longer serving them and simply rejected it. Humanity has not seemed to do this yet but as with all things of such nature, if you can contemplate this, if you can imagine this and bring it into your consciousness; the idea of living in a way in which you are kind and loving and helpful to each other bringing to each other what you need to be alive to learn and to grow. Perhaps, you will then see a path in which you do give up money and all that it represents and all that which causes struggle for you around this.

Hydromel and Healing Dementia and Alzheimers

Hilarion: A question has arisen that at its core is about shortcuts in nutrition and pretty much there aren't that many of these and you do your best to utilize machinery to speed up the process but the shortcuts themselves, they really don’t exist. So, the best way to absorb human breast milk is the human breast milk itself. So, you have the milk from various animals and the key there is that it is not harmed.

Most importantly is that it is not heated beyond its critical temperature which is not very high in the realm of about 100 Fahrenheit. 

There are those studying and working with this and they are being influenced by the guides and helpers and some of the extraterrestrials that have developed a drink, “hydromel” as it is sometimes called, they drink in space on long journeys. Some of that technology will eventually make its way to humanity. We hope it will be applied first and foremost where it is needed most for a healing of Dementia and Alzheimers. 

But, there are those who would seek other vegetables than those recommended in the past; celery, carrot, parsley showing up over and over again as an excellent blend to bring minerals, vitamins, enzymes and a wide variety of unique substances that are only now being discovered and understood. 

Are there other vegetables, are there other substances of this nature? Yes. Many of them bring all kinds of benefits to the human body. The problem with them is what they do not have. This is where celery as the primary component of the juice blend that has been recommended so much in the past; celery truly shines. That is sodium without chlorine. Sodium with chlorine appears to be very imbalanced in most people on your planet with a n addiction to salt. So, it takes awhile to pull this out of the body and until this takes place, sodium is the most important mineral and this is provided with a great deal of absorbability and benefit in celery juice.

Out Of Body Experiences and My Extra-Physical Hometown

I've been focusing my attention and awareness lately on having an out-of-body experience. I asked Hilarion this question in 2018 and bought some books about astral travel back then (Robert Monroe) and put everything in storage and forgot all about it. I moved to Texas to help my brother and his family when he got cancer and then my mom developed heart failure and I took care of her. I recently have been re-reading these books and I'm curious about the increased health benefits. There are many great youtube videos now about OBE's. I'm excited now to experience this! Lori: I've been trying to go to my extra physical hometown in the Afterlife. Can you please tell me about my extra physical hometown?

Hilarion: that is limited information since you would naturally have all kinds of predisposed notions about this that would be so easily influenced and your desire is strong:both the positive and negative about sharing such information as it could be harmful in your process at this stage. What have been your experiences so far?

Lori: Nothing. I asked my spirit guides when I go to sleep, to take me to my extra physical hometown and I never remember my dreams.

Hilarion: so it would be valuable therefore to remember your dreams. This is easily done by setting your clock to wake you up at 3 AM and grab a notebook and start writing. Grab the tape recorder and start dictating, whatever. As you are in the habit of this, it will help. The "Magic Water Technique," because of some aspects of childlike attitude will be helpful. So, you put a little glass of water beside your bed and you have a little sip of that before you sleep and as you do this you use magical incantation; wave your arms about, make a funny noise and say out loud, this magic water will help me remember my dreams, or whatever incantation you want to make up.

You can either make it rhyme if you wish and then when you wake up at 3 AM have a sip as you recall this or have an idea of it. Simple, silly. But, the mind is easily tricked this way. In addition is the energization before going back to sleep that you energize. You can run energy up and down the body as in, "vibrational state," as described in books by Vieira. You can use the N.E.W technique in books such as Astro Dynamics by Robert Bruce, but energy is moved.

When you find yourself asleep that is the time for extra physical hometown, not before falling asleep. You see, the guides don't actually take you there. They can hint, they can push, they can help a little but it is your energy that takes you there. 

So, the key is that first you are creating a target location. Think of a place not too far away, but it must be at least 13 feet away and that is your target location. It can be imaginary but it is better if it is an actual physical location. Be it a park bench, rooftop, greenhouse, location in the park, whatever. You imagine yourself going there as you fall asleep. When you find yourself asleep and the energy again moving just like you did when you fell asleep, that is a place you think of. Don't think about your body or your extra physical hometown, think about your target location. Sit there for a moment and then you say clearly,” take me now to my extra physical hometown.” You can be speaking to your astral body, to your guides and helpers, to God, to the nature of the Universe, it doesn't matter. Or you can re-create this in your present tense, “I am now in my extra physical hometown.”

The idea of this is to journey there. Sometimes the imagination of water will be helpful and the areas of this that can be stimulating to you, be it an ocean or a lake, a place where you had a view of the water would certainly be helpful, we are permitted to say that. To go much further would be difficult but because you have asked we are permitted to help out a little. If where possible, your visualization of the Emerald energy, and having us standing by you and holding a hand, looking in the general direction is helpful then we pledge to do so and we will continue with this as long as you ask. The intent simply being to encourage and assist in this process.

Hilarion: Before beginning with looking into these various matters of questions and interesting subjects to speak of, it is important to understand that many of the keys to what you would see as problems presented to you in your incarnation here have solutions that are within you. 

This is a very basic principle that must be looked at over and over again, that a question and its answer are always created together, a problem and its solution are always created together, the magnificence of your being brought out in the process has the purpose within it of you recognizing, remembering, knowing again the magnificence of that being. Why? For God's magnificence to know God's self. For the Universe to know itself. For this aspect of Beingness in itself to know itself, the Beingness to know the Beingness.

This principle must be understood in its formality, stated in this way, but actually it doesn't come verbally. It doesn't come as a mind thought. It doesn't come as an experiment. It comes from the nature of your heart, from the nature of your love, from the nature of your beingness, from the nature of who you always have been and who you will be. Remembering this assists greatly to let go of the little boxes or compartments into which you put your solutions, and into which you put your problems. This is really the crucial difficulty that now befalls mankind--that in so many ways, the models that you have created, from science, from religion, from your past experiences, from emotions, these models limit the way in which you think. They limit the way in which you ask your questions. They limit the way in which you understand problems. Naturally, they are there to limit the solutions, because a solution will pop into your consciousness from seemingly nowhere and because it doesn't fit with how you understand things, with how you communicate with others, with how you understand yourself, you will unconsciously reject it.

And so you will recognize that in the immediate future, intensifying with each passing day, will be an increase in this level of receiving solutions. Understanding this principle, then, will bring you to our first solution--not that one that you would naturally understand as linear thinking. But perhaps one that engages another level of your consciousness. Be aware of a beautiful light, birthing inside of you. Extend it by your will, upwards and downwards, to form a cylinder of light around you wherever you are hearing this, and right now in this room here in Nevada City. As you become aware of this light extend it infinitely upwards and down right through to the center of the Earth. Allow it to be emerald in color, perhaps forming a vast beautiful cylinder about thirty meters in diameter, about a hundred feet in diameter, and allow your breath to fill this, allow your life force to be here, allow your energy of your soul, of God's loving you, of the Earth loving you, of all of these capacities at once to fill this cylinder of beautiful emerald light that it may penetrate to your being.

This does not sound like a solution because, again, the box into which you put your problems, and consequently your solutions. But, hold for a moment on the idea that light is a precursor to thought, and you have one step in the direction by which solutions come from the emerald light. Recognize also that this is the time of the fall equinox. That coming to this point in Earth's breathing cycle, midway through a breath, the equality of night and day, the balance, now Earth beginning a new cycle into a time of longer nights and shorter days, symbolizing greater attention and attunement to the group, astrologically, but more importantly with regard to the seasons, the approach of winter, the harvesting of crops, and the bringing into form for so many people of the expressions with others, the way in which they will relate to the animal kingdom, and the way the animals reach out in greater fear than ever before on your surface as they see themselves being shut out of their habitats. They see themselves in a position of great difficulty in regards to humans. They do not understand their place and how they are to be known and loved.

This is as it always has been for a long time on Earth, but what is important to recognize is that in this moment, it is as if the channels of communication are clearer and stronger between all of you, meditating, being aware of this energy, connecting with this emerald light (to center of Earth in particular) and the animals themselves, who are naturally also as they ask these questions, receiving their answers. No their answers do not come necessarily linearly, but from the love in your heart. And so at this time the animals are preparing for winter. They are doing this in their minds, in their habits, in their expression, but they are aware of the seasonal changes. It is very deep within them. And so they also have certain lessons for you, for your preparation in the winter. Thus you will see their feeding patterns beginning to change, so that they may move into states of hibernation, thus living off the fat that they have developed over the preceding months. Or the ways in which they will choose, perhaps, their period of leaving this earth by natural death, as the death of all beings on your planet is accentuated in the midpoint of the winter cycle.

Thus, they are preparing in their way of consciousness, in the way of understanding and attunement on many levels. So it is an excellent time to look inside yourself--what is your animal nature? What animal would you choose as your own animal totem right now, as a being to represent and love you? Perhaps it is the dolphin, or the shark. Perhaps it is a dog or a cat. Perhaps a deer, a squirrel, a serpent. Perhaps a great winged creature such as an eagle or a falcon. Perhaps it is the more precious and important of the animals on your planet, the parasites that keep all life from degrading into ultimate chaos by eating up those creatures that then are so disturbing to other beings. Or perhaps even to the bacteria and the way in which they make all processes of life ongoing on your planet.

But ultimately, embracing and understanding all of these beings as if a part of them is you--and of course a large part of these beings is and always has been an important part of your being. But then, recognize at the deeper level of all of this, that these times of change extend only to half your planet, that of course in the southern hemisphere is then the approaching summer and the beginning of spring shortly to come, and the way in which this whole cycle is reversed and balanced. And so you get again the glimpse of balance on your planet, that balance is found in so many ways. In these questions that you have about your world, about the tumultuous times you are in, the chaos and the difficulty, this is one of the little boxes that you do not really understand--where is the balance in this? Where are those who are actually benefiting from this chaos and this difficulty?
