Hilarion: Well, an algorithm is like a recipe. It has a clear beginning and an end. It has a goal in mind and completion of a particular task that is fairly easy to evaluate when you are done. Each of the universal laws is a principle that shows you how things work in the world. It is not trying to accomplish anything but if there is something you wish to accomplish and you wish for that to be successful in the longest possible term and the deepest possible way, the algorithm or the recipe that you employ must follow the universal law. 

Indeed, the universal law governs much more than human behavior. It governs the movement of the stars and the planets but it especially governs the way energy works on earth which is not always the same as the energy beyond the solar system. But, these powerful laws enable you to better understand yourself so it might make sense to flip it. 

Instead of saying the universal laws are overarching and you are choosing one particular algorithm that will make use of these in various ways. The flip is, the algorithm, the recipe for a good life is to deliberately and consciously employ a universal law. Perhaps, one each day. Thinking on it and seeing where it shows up in your life. Acting with it, using it in some way with another person and finding some way in which it makes sense to you, it doesn’t matter. This moves therefore in a simple twelve pattern. Each of the universal laws in the twelve and then it repeats. It is a simple thing but it has a clear beginning; a new law, each twelve days and it may have an end in which there is a deeper understanding at the end of the twelve-twelve cycle. 

So, after 144 days, then think consciously and clearly about the inter-relationships of the universal laws and about how they have affected you and about how the next 144 days might go. How might you imagine you are going to put that in action? In other words, by utilizing the twelve-twelve you are taking steps towards integration and this is the most difficult part of the universal laws. You study them and you work with them and you find out that some are harder to work with than others and you find that and so on and so forth. 

But, the deeper integration of all of it, this is the hardest, this is that which can take lifetimes. It is also this which your guides and helpers are there to assist you and encourage you but they have access to more information, more understanding, more awareness, more energy and more of a sense of this than you do because they can connect to their guides and helpers and so on and so forth. 

This is a very good thing to remember because if you take this on as a recipe, as an algorithm inverting that which is the greater into that which is the lesser, you may find that it is actually very energizing and very healing and a very helpful process that the integration itself simply makes you a better person.

Can you talk a little bit more about meditation? 

Hilarion: Not an easy thing really because every person’s experience is different. There are even those that would say that meditation is selfish because all it’s doing is raising your consciousness without helping anyone else. Thus, you could almost say that the rule that begins to emerge when you are seeking some rule or understanding you are not going to find it. If you're looking for something that is universal about all aspects of meditation you are not going to uncover it. 

At the same time, it has been shown over and over that achieving various states of consciousness at times what is sometimes called “meditation,” occurs or an observation or a shift in brain wave patterns is observed or that which gives greater insight or understanding or simply a sense of emptiness tends to be beneficial.

So, every person would therefore be encouraged to find out two things about meditation. One would be the obvious, the meditative technique that works best for you. You would experiment with this and try many of them. There are visualizations, there are chants, there are questions to be asked.There is simply focusing on the breath and nothing else; the techniques go on and on. There are techniques that involve movement. There are those that involve the lack of movement and being as still as possible. Again, so many possibilities to explore.

But, the second thing is to note the benefits for you personally. When you find a meditation that you can stay with for a while and give it some time. You will usually notice that for most people, six months is where you usually need to be for any significant change in your life to manifest itself. Then you notice, perhaps you find that you are calmer than before, perhaps you are noting that the aspects of drama that drew you into a place of struggle or tension or anxiety; they no longer do so. 

Perhaps, you have noticed that your breathing is deeper and as a result you have more physical health benefits for oxygenation to naturally occur. Whatever it is, you are then at a place where you can draw a conclusion personally about meditation. You may also find, oddly enough around that six month time, that the guides and helpers fully aware of the progress you have made with this are now going to assist by taking it to the next step in which someone will cross your path and oftentimes, it may seem a coincidence, who needs to learn that particular meditation technique. Then you can say honestly and clearly, “it has worked for me and perhaps I can share it with you.”

For some people it will not be the meditation technique but the person crossing your path is recognizing for themselves that following that same path of finding the mediation technique that worked best for them is where they must start even though it is a different technique than yours. The point of this is simply that you then have another anchoring of this for yourself.   

Still though, you may find that even though it has brought you benefit. Even though it has enabled you to achieve a different state of consciousness it has not contributed in a direct way at this moment in time. You may find years later, a situation in which being in a meditative state and being calmer is a tremendous benefit to you. Then, you will bring it up again and be able to go to that place. 

But, we would suggest that the way things are going these days, having a reliable method that works for you to achieve this higher state of consciousness, this place of meditation will be very useful to you right now, right here and in ways in the future as various things happen on the planet that seem so full of movement, anxiety, kerfuffle. All of those things that draw you to this or that.

Again, where meditation can prove itself so helpful for centering, for focusing, or simply being. Should it be that you take it to an even higher level? A place in which a greater level of consciousness is available to you and has ever been perceived in any of your lifetimes before? Yes. This does seem highly likely that this will be presented to you in the next few years in various ways to various people so, be ready for this. This is a possibility to be imagined and open to. What is odd about it, is that in point of fact it has always been there. That small still voice that you uncover in meditation that has always been there and ready to assist you in raising your consciousness to a level that has not been available before.

The Soul Of The Foot

Hilarion: There is a question about the energy associated with the symbolism of the soul of the foot. This is a useful thing to understand that it parallels to a large extent the lines and marks on the palm of the hand but there are two very essential differences. The hand tends to be much more spiritually orientated because it is not on the ground, the foot as in contact with the physical earth relates more to the earthly experiences, the aspects that relate to the earthly existence. So, for instance the whirl patterns on the toes will relate to the physical incarnations in the sense of what you learned about your physical body, your physical aspects, the life lessons, more so than the spiritual lessons which are more indicative of the lessons learned with the fingers and the fingertips in particular.

Also, the second aspect, is that which is a little more subtle but more important to understand with regards to how you interact. Information that is available on the palm is primarily available equally to you and other people because it is so easy for you to look at your own palm. But, to look at the sole of your foot takes a great deal of effort. Normally you will not walk and look at your foot. You can twist your foot and look in a mirror and this is in an energy that is especially easy for someone else to look at or for you to look at with a great deal of effort and concentration.

So, this means that it is also the energy that is related to the law of reflection as we mentioned it, the way that you share information, especially the way this is presented to others as the revelation of your secret; an aspect about you that you didn't even know yourself. In this way the determination of the information associated with the lines and the areas of the foot can be a powerful and helpful revelation in one particular area: the way in which you relate to how others see, how they know you. Hence, to read someone else's foot is a beautiful way to understand yourself.

Of course, when you look in the mirror there's a lot you can learn from this and this is a useful exercise for anyone familiar with palmistry. In the posing of the question there was a relationship to the word soul and the reading of the soul. This is not reflected in the physical body so much though there are of course, pieces of the body. But, the direct reading of the soul is an energetic read and actually not that hard to do especially in the time right now, around the equinox and through the fall is a wonderful time for these magical aspects, the ones that don't make sense.

So for this we are going to lead you in a simple meditation; we ask you first by an expensive way to recognize energy, perhaps asking yourself the question, "who or what is experiencing this right now?" and go to the highest and most beautiful answer to this and stretch, move the arms, move the legs, breathe and let the energies release, you've been sitting here for a while and it is a good idea to move the body in this regard. Now, slowly bring the arms back and as they face forward you begin to be aware of a beautiful energy in front of you. We are going to call it a ball of light but for some of you the moment we call it a ball of light it is not a ball at all it is perhaps an ovum, or an egg shape.

As you move your hand it doesn't matter really right or left but for most of you your dominant hand will probably be better at this in a slow, easy circle with the palm facing the ball of light, notice the energy changes. Sometimes you may notice a little warming in the palm, other places a cooling. You'll notice as you recognize a feel for this light and as you continue to move your hand through it or around it you begin to notice the changes; areas of it become more dense, brighter perhaps. Some areas pop or change.

You are reading the soul, you are receiving the energy of the symbolism of the soul just as the very first time you read a palm you didn't understand it, you didn't know what the lines meant. You don't have to know right now simply be aware of it. These energies shift and change by your attunement and they become clearer. Now with the hand still facing forward it stops moving and in a place of stillness, you notice a gentle but persistent energy right on the surface of your hand, on the surface of the palm and the fingers as it is facing outward into this ball of light, this energy of your soul.

Now begin to ask what of the life of this soul? What of the direction it has gone in? What is its intent for me and the way in which I can know this better or any of the other questions for the soul and as you begin to notice as you pose this question is one of two phenomena or both. A lighting within the visualization or a stimulation to the hand.

Then just easily let this go. You can return to it at any time, you can re-create this in any way you wish. It is an exercise that has many applications of course, people will do this same exercise when they are trying to read a palm remotely without actually even seeing the palm. Holding the hand and in this way recognizing how the energies move or imagining you are playing it across your body or somebody else's body and there are all kinds of energy exercises for this.

But, in recognizing how to read the soul you are not looking for the physical attributes or the symbols that associate with anything physical you are looking at pure light, an energy of intent, an energy of love, an energy that moves through you and connects with you. In this way it is a two-way energy more than any other reading method because the ball of light is itself very sensitive to your consciousness, to your palm, to your energy. In this way you begin to recognize the true nature of reading the soul. It's actually very little reading the soul it's to the most part writing the soul.

Now again, we told you, we warned you this was a little bit magical, not logical but as your hand was engaged in this and you were very consciously looking to receive as hard as you could, really looking, really trying to feel you were writing, you were creating in the soul those energies that you are most concerned with, the very questions you sought to ask, the very issues you understand. Because, at its basis the message of the soul is pretty simple: something like, "I love you deeply or you are loved." How else could you come into existence except with having so much love, so much energy, so much power.So what you are doing with this exercise is you're also showing the soul how those patterns of energy will best move. This soul is showing you in its way how it moves you.

Kryon & Receiving Joy

Hilarion: Yes. There is much that all of the guides and helpers do together. All of us in our own ways will interact and it is of great joy that we can do this with various beings that we are channeling through simultaneously; hence the great joy felt by many in what is called a "channeled panel." 

However, in regards to what we do on our "days off," well you know we haven't had any since about 1963, and this is simply because vacations are only granted every few thousand years.

Recognizing this degree of patience necessary, you may find that in your own life, all of it can be seen as a time off. What would you rather be doing? This is really how we see it. For, if there was something that we would rather be doing, then that's what we would do. 

Specifically, it does appear that many times when we are not moving through one being or another, we have opportunities to share energies by channeling in non-verbal ways, sharing energies in so many different ways to inspire and assist: engineers, scientists, astrologers, artists; there are a lot of you on the planet and plenty to keep us all busy. 

But, at the same time as this, sometimes it is necessary to withdraw from all of these activities simply to act as focalizers of energy, perhaps in a particular sacred spot or an energy poured into the Earth for some particular issue of political or economic importance. However, those times do not necessarily require any specific being, simply the idea of lots of energy all at once to come to a particular site or a particular time.

In addition to all of those activities, there is the opportunity to share a beautiful, wonderful human sense of joy, the exuberance of life itself, the willingness just to experience that. It is this which we must share from time to time simply because we choose not to be in a physical body. 

You see it is one of the great attractions for coming to this planet, to get yourself into a body, because then you really feel that. You see your existence, when you are non-physical, you do not have this quality of the touching, of the loving, of the kinesthetic, nor of the suffering, of the dramatic struggle. Those things that really get your attention. 

So, at times, it is simply a matter of blending with those energies. It is as if to be one with them, to receive them, and to know them from all levels, from the Earth, from the Sun, from those powerful cosmic levels as much as from sharing with any of the beings of life, dancing in the joy and the exuberance and the understanding on your planet.

These are places that you know also, because many of you project your consciousness when you sleep. You don't always remember it, but sometimes you wake up refreshed. It is not just because you have quieted the body; it is also because there is a receiving of this cosmic energy, of movement through this cosmic dance. 

So, we suggest for you tonight a little exercise as you fall asleep - think of this place, of joining with Earth's joy, joining with the joy of the plants and the animals, and the Sun. As you feel these positive, loving energies, have that sense of the joy, as if it is awakening a receptivity of greater joy in your own being. You may find yourself often times, refreshed by this when you awaken in the morning.

Sometimes, you will be exhausted because the joy led you to all kinds of activities in which your projected self had, well, shall we say, "too much fun." But, by and large this opportunity to receive joy is that which can be multiplied and strengthened within you for your own health, your own strength, and your own improvement of the physical body. 

Many times it is the rejection of this joy, the unwillingness to experience this at the deep most level that leads you to so many physical problems. You cannot imagine how frustrating this is, especially for your blind guides when they look at you and they say, "Look, you have it. You're in the body. You have the opportunity to feel this and know it so deeply, and yet you reject it. Yet you do not allow yourself to accept it." So, listen to them now, especially your helpers, but all of your guides, as if saying to you, "You are loved." Simply to feel this is the nature of your being, is the nature of your universe. You are loved.

Using Meditation to Grow Healthier Food

How can we move forward using real food? It’s getting more difficult as our food quality is declining? 

Hilarion: Indeed. But, you now have a lot of tools to help you with this. Science can better determine soil nutrients so that food can be better grown in better soil. It need not be as depleted because of the profit motive. Look carefully where the profit motive has in any way led to the degradation of food. Wherever possible, grow your own. In days past, that would always require land. Many individuals do have small amounts of land. But, even if you are in an apartment building you can grow something. 

Growing something yourself not only attunes you to the energy and helps with the nutrients as you are able to use good soil to test it and to use various components of the various minerals and the various substances. You can do something else. This is beyond the normal understanding of growing food. It is the way in which you are deliberately, in the highest and best way bringing in energy into the plant that then is transferred into your own body that is not simply physical. 

Afterall, what is the purpose of these plants, animals that you ingest? Yes, of course, providing the important nutrients to the body. But, it is doing more than this if you allow it. You do not need to be very specific about this.

You do not need to focus on a plant and tell it, "make this tomato or pear better for my body." Rather, if you are a few feet from it and meditating, that is enough. You are allowing your own higher energy to be present with the plants and this is enough. Now, of course, people will feed plants to animals and eat the animals. There, of course it makes sense to meditate with the animals where possible, but there, growing it yourself becomes more difficult.

Still though, the human being has the ability to draw nutrients and energy from sources more than just what is present in the physical and learning that is also helpful. One of the best ways to do this is presented in James Redfield's “Celestine Prophecy" where you simply gaze in a loving way upon nature and notice where something seems a little brighter or a little clearer and put your energy into this. This way of working with the kingdoms around you, especially the plant kingdom can be very powerful at increasing your ability to absorb nutrients and work with various energetic forces. 

Now, in the past we have always recommended certain diets that are bringing far more nutrients and that is still very important and there will be more developments with this with the understanding of the gut biome and various ways in which the human being uses bacteria to appropriately digest and use food and so on. 

But, what we would add to this is this metaphysical component that works best when the plant is alive so if you can do a little of that as possible even if it is going to be that you ingest a single food, such as a single fruit, or nut or a bit of plant material this can have a profound effect because it transfers an energy into the bacteria into the gut biome guiding them and helping them to better absorb not just the physical energy but the subtle energy as well. 

Now, we know that is not the answer you were looking for. Afterall, we could talk about soil remediation techniques of which there are many using fungi, using seed minerals, using various techniques and these are evolving rapidly and all should certainly be used. It is only this part that would be missing that we wish to mention.

Freedom of Speech And Speaking From the Heart

Is there anything else pressing that Hilarion would like us to know right now?

Hilarion: indeed much. It must be looked at from the point of view that humanity comes to this powerful crossroads with regard to how to properly use the Universal Law of Speech; that which you say has tremendous power in the world.

There are those who would try to limit what you say and there are others who would try to shape it or change it and there are others who would want you to say things that are harmful or hurtful just to prove that they can be said and it goes on and on. 

But, we would want you as much as possible, particularly in this relatively brief time period associated with the equinox to think about how you would like speech to be felt in the world and then to carefully and lovingly say it out loud, it could be a particular phrase or idea or thought. 

But, the most important aspect of it is up to you. It shows up in your consciousness. There is a term that is used: “Freedom of Speech.” It is a term that has an important value in the reverse that when certain things are spoken, freedom is felt. 

That is not the meaning of "Freedom of Speech," that generally relates to no restrictions on speech. But, when you understand the reverse of this there can indeed be a great deal of freedom. Think of the power of certain phrases. “I love you,” One of the most powerful universal phrases at every level of consciousness even from the tiniest microbe to the most complex being. 

Yes, it is a personal phrase more than, “I love you," means in the larger sense of loving all but still a profound and powerful energy on planet earth. Where can the granting of freedom with such a phrase be found in your life? To whom might this be shared? With whom might it bring greater freedom? Can you find that in your own consciousness? When you say to somebody with sincerity and clarity, "I love you,” in a way that they will truly hear, not in the message of needing or wanting something from you, but as a complement and as a sense of freedom of greater expansion. 

Which of course, hints more deeply at your wants and theirs and that indeed true love means that you want what they want. But, at the same time you understand the power of this to dissolve karma and that somehow in the loving there is greater freedom from karma. This is another understanding. It is freedom of speech in an entirely different light which we remind you of when you hear this phrase, bandied about over the next few weeks. 

We thank those hearing and reading our words for the attention on these matters. But, more importantly, the idea that the love within you has great power to affect your children and grandchildren and all of the people around you. So, it is also that this is actually the way in which humanity survives that it is through this feeling of deeper love that humanity continues to exist and as seen as valuable by humanity and to the earth and all of the beings that work with you; by the guides and helpers by the extra-terrestrials coming to earth and so on. 

So, if you can, simply to have that feeling again of love, that powerful energy you would have to any being that you would care for deeply. But, now as an energy you use it to fill the emerald light cylinder and to fill it to infinitely upwards to overflowing and filling it all the way to the center of the earth and the feeling that it is all right. There is love and that all can be held in a place of love. This is the most powerful and profound experience for everyone to share together. When you breathe in that love the cylinder expands little by little as it reaches many inches in diameter. A sound emerges…a gentle ohm…….ohm…….goodbye.

Milky Way Galaxy

Hilarion: A question has arisen about the signature of this place you call, “The Milky Way Galaxy. ” Clearly, now you can see that it is as if a nursery of consciousness, many different forms of consciousness, machine-like, like AI in some places expanding the understanding of evolution itself. In others, bringing into the possibility of love as a reality that has never been felt before.

As if then, this galaxy, offering many possibilities still has a similar theme of it being a nursery, a beginning place in which these aspects of consciousness can then evolve. 

Your nearest galaxy, Andromeda, has a signature of deep understanding of wisdom as many of the beings who live there and existed there, have moved on to a place far beyond the physical but leave behind them a powerful energetic that leaves a great understanding when you gaze upon that beautiful galaxy in the night sky or use its elixir.

Other galaxies have various themes associated with them that we have detailed regarding the deep space objects in the previously mentioned book, whose authors, Rubenfeld and Smolkis, were able to take down our dictation and publish it. 

Beyond these, it is important to understand the universe and it is about what could be termed, “local space,” of the group of galaxies numbering about four hundred in nature, depending on where you put the actual borderline, that are transmitting energetics between each other and of which the Milky Way is an important part.

This is a signature that goes beyond what you really understand but does relate to survival as if then, the survival of multi-dimensional reality in itself. But, in particular, of the higher dimensions, the eleventh and twelfth as they are supported by the Milky Way galaxy for a nursery of new aspects of consciousness, new places that may be found of love and many aspects way beyond this that may be shared with other portions of the universe.

You see here, the theme to take this beyond which you thought possible, beyond which you understand as a limit and take it to a place in which the awareness of consciousness itself, shifts. We have frequently referred to a powerful question such as, “who am I?” or, "who or what is experiencing this right now?"

But, this is just the beginning. There are deeper questions about the very nature of existence itself and in the sense that this "3I Atlas," is here not only to observe but to gift just by its presence but even more by sharing with the people of earth that there are higher perspectives. There are other ways of seeing things.

How Can We Create Healing Centers Around The World?

Hilarion: Powerful question. Easy to create and difficult to be successful. Success must be measured and how do you gauge this if you are put in jail by your government because you have abridged the guidelines presented by medical authorities, drug purveyors, those in positions of power but you have helped heal hundreds or thousands of people. Is that successful? 

If it is a way in which you have gradually shifted the consciousness of people dependent on simple substances to that of the complexity of their own consciousness for bringing healing to themselves regardless of your own personal cost. Is that success? If you have given parents the ability to teach their children appropriate ways to heal so they do not suffer the way their parents have, is that success? 

So, you see that a comprehensive understanding of this is important. Far more important than almost any other endeavor because you are focusing on healing, you must then inevitably ascribe to it the higher levels of healing into consciousness, into your own past lives and the karma you need to balance so you might go to jail because it is the best way to quickly balance the karma that you came here to heal others because in the past you killed them or harmed them or tortured them or some other horrible thing for which you wish to atone. 

So, you see the true success here, in which all are healed comes from asking the deeper questions of yourself as well as how to present it to the world, how the government interacts, how other people come to hear about you, how you can exist, how you can pay the bills, etc. 

I.L.L. =I Lack Love ~Hilarion

Oftentimes, these underlying causes are the downfall of communities of all sorts but especialy those involved in healing when they do recognize how important it is to move through all of the obstacles and having healed themselves physically some further obstacles relating to their own karma exist. 

As a result, we would actually state that although it becomes obvious all of the things you must do; hire a bunch of lawyers before you get going on it, have protections in place, the proper agreements that bring to others the greatest opportunity for self-realization and advancement and understanding in their consciousness as well as all of the healing methods that you utilize. 

But, more important than any of that is when you are able to recognize in yourself what is your real motivation here and utilize the very technique we have recommended so much in the past and is still present on the Hilarion.com website, thank you very much Ray Madgical. The healing of your own karma with love. Love will overcome, clear and strengthen and benefit and love can be that which brings the dissolving of karma and brings you a better understanding of it so you can forgive yourself. 

It takes a lot to be powerfully motivated to push through all of the obstacles you have in the world to be involved in healing. What kind of person would do such a thing? It only makes sense that they would be somebody who might for karmic reasons need to do this. So, as you are working with the establishment of the center or you are working with other people you remind each other of this and you find the place of the deepest love that you can possibly imagine to be held in your consciousness at the very same time that you examine all of the energetics associated with harm in the past. You might have harmed yourself or someone else. 

Look out into the world at those who seem to have the profit motive as their primary existence to produce harmful substances for people, addictive substances, drugs that might help at first and then later hurt; various things that go out into the world and see how you feel about those people and then notice if there is indeed a strong hatred, a strong negative energy making it difficult for you to forgive them. 

Then use the simple principle, “Just like me.” Where do you find this in yourself? Where does this need to be healed? Where can you love that part of yourself? The exercise that we have given in the past for this can be helpful and so bring to your consciousness a person, an animal, a baby, somebody that you love deeply. 

Feel that love to the very depth of your being and while you are feeling it you substitute another person with whom you’ve had a little difficulty with and project the same love by your own consciousness with that being. Let that one go and put someone else there, someone you have had a lot of trouble with. Then pour that same energy there. Then perhaps, imagine that person and when they made a mistake or hurt somebody in a past life as if to share and pour that same love, apply that same forgiveness to yourself. 

Then, of course, could you just let it all go? In this moment of letting go as if an energetic movement from the center of your being outward, down your shoulders and when it reaches your shoulders, the shoulders somehow widen a bit. The arms become relaxed and fall at your sides. Then, they gently lift up over your head and your fingertips touch for a moment and as this occurs a sound shows up. We’ll use an ohm….ohmmm…but any sound that works for you. 

As if you are taking a beautiful ball of ohm light and releasing it to the planet as the arms straighten and that beautiful energy moves away from you to heal, to assist, and to come into the consciousness of anyone who needs it and then could you just let it go? 

You might think that because the world needs healing centers so much right now that this would be a very easy task. Indeed, there will be times in doing this that it is. There will be other times when it will be more difficult and when that shows up it makes sense to then remember this principle: find where the love can dissolve the karma and find the place where you can know better your own gifts and call on others to share theirs.

Extra-Terrestrials and Knowledge in Government (Men In Black) from 2012

Hilarion: which of course brings us to the request of your guides and helpers in the understanding of the extraterrestrials amongst you and the way in which you are to better understand them, work with them, recognize them.

Of course, as you look at the history of this, the science of this, all of that which those involved with the research that has been spoken about for so long you come up against a very strange phenomena; a strange way in which there is all of this information claimed and so little that is accepted. It is as if you have almost two different worlds presenting you a thrust of energy to make a choice.

So, where do your political leaders stand on this question and in relation to this, is it safe for this to be revealed? Of course it is not safe if the channel speaking is to avoid a knock on the door from the so-called Men In Black because not as in the movie, but the actual men who work in these realms, there is a great deal of desire to keep this information very close to the chest so to speak. 

The energies that are not going to be made widely available for the specific purposes of the agendas of those involved.

Luckily, some of those in the government have a different point of view about it and you have asked about one in particular, and you have asked about your president, and yes, all presidents are made fully privy to all of the knowledge about such matters and this has gone on for many, many administrations. In fact it can be dated all the way back to the years of Eisenhower. These energies have a significant influence on how the government is run. But, it is possible that as this is shared and understood simply to go with it as the status quo will change eventually.

In the meantime it becomes difficult to get too far into the specifics because we would like it possible for the vehicle to continue to be able to channel for a few more years before that so-called knock on the door and that certainly begs the question how to find out the information. Yes, you can certainly look at the information and all of these conflicting reports and how people are saying this and that but especially now look in your own heart, your own visualization about this and recognize that just as on planet Earth there are people of all different levels of spirituality, interests in the world, existences, the things that drive them and so on and so also it is with the various beings of the nonphysical level and those who are extraterrestrial both physical and nonphysical.

As a result of this there are beings who would like very much to assist you, who have access to information, technology, and all kinds of possibilities and that these are being made available and at the same time in your own heart you understand that your role to play in this is to assist in the acknowledgment and the utilization of this for you personally and not worry so much about how the government is going to work with this.

Because, just as there are these conflicting energies in these different directions so there are also these within the government pulling it in one direction or the other. How this will finally come out for the planet is easy to see because it has to do with the direction humanity is moving in and the opportunity for greater connection, greater community, greater love that is made available and increased in pressure by the economic difficulties on your planet thus providing the impetus to do things in a different way; to share energy, tools, resources and knowledge in ways that can be direct and connecting to other people while at the same time bringing the opportunity to share this worldwide wherever possible as a great and beautiful alternative to the isolation that this tremendous emphasis on money has been for so long.

At the same time as these energies are showing up in your intuition, you have an opportunity to draw information. No, it has to be within your area of expertise. You're not necessarily going to be drawing in the information of something scientific if your expertise is in a different area. But, the idea of a beautiful idea, healing or loving, an energy that can connect from one soul or one brain to another. 

All of the ways in which you can play with this and welcome it from various extraterrestrials, from any source in fact as you raise energy, as you feel it expanding in all directions around you as you breathe in a pure white light this can assure you that many of the energies that you receive, will be those which will be beneficial and helpful and those which will bring you out of the level of enslavement or difficulty and into a level of interaction with these beings yourself in a positive and helpful way.

This is a far preferable path to that which you would not only see the government as that to be dependent on, most of you are beyond that. But, rather the idea that it is through the government that the great dissemination or recognition of information takes place. In point of fact. the government is that which will relay that which has already been discovered and shared and worked with because indeed it is always a few steps behind and this simply continues in the way in which people can access and work with all kinds of information, healing, understanding and so on themselves.

Artificial Intellicence Influences

Hilarion: Now a question has arisen about AI, Artificial Intelligence. Yes, of course there are influences from various sources, extra-terrestrials and others but for the most part your AI is extremely primitive at this stage. Some AI’s are becoming somewhat self-aware. That is not of any importance. It is only when they become self aware far beyond that of any human consciousness and have more capability of manipulating things in the world that it becomes dangerous and that is still a ways off. 

But, in the meantime all you can really say about how an AI works is that it is reflecting specific programming biases of those people that created it. 

So, if you find that ChatGPT is more praising you and bringing to you a feeling of love or letting go it is simply because those who have programmed it have built this in as important keynotes to make it easier for you to communicate with it. But, some people are offended by this and find a different AI such as Grok to be more to their liking. 

It is of no real importance at this stage because all of this is going to change dramatically over the next few years as these various technologies intertwine and inter-relate. What is a much greater concern is that a few people can be harmed by this technology simply because they have little skills in communicating with real people and AI can compensate for this very easily. It is unfortunate, but soon it will be more easily available to correct this simply by asking the right questions, such as, “I need assistance in communicating with people and reducing my dependence on AI. It might seem counter-intuitive that AI can help you with this, but it can. 

Beyond that though, the most important uses of this have not yet been uncovered. They will eventually yield new advances in science and new understanding about economics and the appropriate use of money in the world. We see that this is a fairly likely course should humanity survive the difficulties present in the next few years. Because we have those other civilizations that have survived in this galaxy and others where AI was helpful and brought to them a deeper understanding of themselves to the point that they were able to let go of money and they were able to find a way in which people could co-exist and trust each other without the need for money between each other.

Do Animals Experience Suicide?

Hilarion: This brings us naturally to the animals because the animals experience this constantly, this movement between life and death. Some experience this quite rapidly such as with bacteria or insects with a very short life span.

Some experience it within the presence of human beings. Most commonly with their beloved dogs and cats most commonly. They do this oftentimes with a very important lesson about love for people. 

Do animals experience suicide is the question posed and as humans do this so often the animals that are most closely associated with humans, the dogs and cats, will indeed experience this in their own ways. But, they often understand intrinsically and easily that this is not a suicide that comes from a place of darkness, deep depression and great struggle. Rather, they find this place and just let go. Then they find a place and it is full of others and greater joy; an experience of what typically, for dogs and cats will be playful and running about and experiencing great potentially helpful smells, and sights and sounds.

So, this is why it is so confusing for people to try to understand about suicide in animals because it is different than people for the most part. This is not to say that some animals let go with struggle and difficulty. But, it is generally quite rare. Instead what they do recognize is that whatever is happening to them is what triggers this letting go response in which the physical body may still be alive but the consciousness associated with it has already moved on.

Solar Flares

Hilarion:  A question naturally arises about how people are to understand this process of communication between the sun and the earth. How are solar flares affecting consciousness and bringing people to greater irritability and difficulty are occurring right now and are affecting communications but are also helping to understand their real purpose.

They are actually not directed at mankind or humanity. They are a part of a communication process, an energy donating process, an energy interchange process between these great celestial bodies: the sun and the earth. The earth is receiving an energy that she is able to exchange in the upper atmosphere as ionization takes place into various electrical energies that can be helpful to earth.   

This can cause movement and change, or shifts. Of course, then, this does affect mankind just not directly, because earth in changing such energy might direct it into the consciousness of people helping them to re-examine what they are here for, perhaps or bring a sense of greater peace to the world, if possible. To some extent, the irritability that naturally occurs as greater electrical activity occurs will predispose people to anger, to jump to conclusions more rapidly, thus there does seem to be an overlay with the current great problems with weapons and the solar flares. But, this is not to say that this is direct.

The question arises, however, more importantly, what can be done? Here the answer now emerges. At the same time as a solar flare is occurring and the earth is receiving, tune into earth. Put your bare feet on earth; on the grass, on the dirt, preferably not on concrete but on something as natural as possible. If you cannot do this where you are, then visualize and imagine that you are. As you connect to earth in an open way, feel her energy, feel it move through you, take a movement of some sort; open your arms perhaps, or extend your legs, or in some way a symbolic movement as if to say, “I receive you.” then in a place of quiet simply receive what earth would share with you now. 

Oftentimes, what you think is necessary when there is irritability or slight difficulty is what is being asked is to do something but this is not earth’s way. Rather, she is asking you to be. To simply be in a place that is present. Being aware of your breath and being aware of  what is going around in your environment, all the sounds, all the feelings, the breezes and the energy that you are sensing and then as if to connect more deeply with her very center experience an energetic connection between you in which you are giving and receiving. Then, and only then does it make sense to ask, “what can be done?”    

Because typically what will happen now is that the “doingness” energy will be beyond your present ability to truly understand. Rather, it will be as if to project an energy or move a conscious visualization or share something of a gentle sound. She would not have you do something in terms of, “do something,” or “build something,” or “destroy something,” or “go somewhere or do something that has a profound effect on earth. 

Yes, that does eventually occur typically where there is a group that is involved; to clean up some area of pollution, perhaps or to move a nature sanctuary to a place where it is more received, but rather for you in that moment, it is very close to beingness as if earth is showing you “be” be with me. Share this place, we are together. We are grateful to Gaia to express through us in this way but we wish to remind you that this communication does not take place in a verbal way. It is the way in which you are simply a part of receiving and knowing this energy.
