Hilarion: This will be an automatic process in 99.97% of all situations. With certain individuals in rare cases, you may find that a little extra help will be necessary. They will know this, for there will be a feeling that progress is slowing down in a very important way. But, for most others, once this process has begun it tends to naturally continue in its own way, beautifully and powerfully.
You may find at some point however, an added strength or a deeper awareness of it is made available to you. There is likely to be a sharing of this work in humanity's future. So, when this occurs, see that it is not simply an extension of what has happened, but indeed a whole new level of it that begins to open.
