Ambition

Can you comment on ambition? Ambition seems to be waning on the children of this new generation. 

Hilarion: Yes. Certainly, one can see that the activities usually associated with ambition; such as rising to a place of greater power, greater knowledge, greater abundance, perhaps a place of higher spiritual existence or higher vibration. These things take a lot of effort, so, yes that effort does appear to be waning on average in so many of the generation coming in today. Yet, the same level in which hopelessness is present to present to individuals that of their limited choices, this tends to repress hope and push it into a place of darkness or difficulty and yet, it’s still there. 

What that means then, in an awakening, in an energetic that disturbs this, that brings forth that hope, then a powerful outflowing can occur. Such has occurred so often in the past as various energy cycles take place on earth. It is conceivable but unlikely, that not a lack of ambition but what would be seen as hopelessness will intensify before hope is found, before the outflowering or powerful energy shows up. But, it seems inevitable that at some point people become tired of, sick of, resistant to shifting in an awareness that must move away from that which is associated with things such as they are. 

In particular, you see this associated with lack of communication between people and the apparent need for money. When these two are finally brought together and individuals can recognize through their own consciousness how unimportant money actually is, obviously you don’t take it with you when you pass from this world. You may perhaps see that hope again springs forth. 

You may see that those who have a lack of ambition are actually doing the right thing. They are waiting for the right moment because they realize that to have that ambition towards a greater accumulation of physical things or money is of course fruitless and an accumulation of knowledge or power only brings its own issues and its own problems. Yet, when there is an acceptance, a sense of deeper love, a way in which you truly treasure your earth and your fellow humans, then something worth fighting for, something worth going deeper for, something worth going into an understanding of yourself this will inevitably show up.   

The real question is how long? Is it something that could start tomorrow?  Yes. Is it something likely to start tomorrow? No. Therefore, what you can do about it in the provoking of these questions since you don’t have ambition to…and you can then name those things that are present in your society. In one society it might be to form a relationship, in another society it might be to accumulate money and in another it might be accumulating political power, in another it might be accumulating knowledge, whatever it is.

Since you are not really experiencing that, what are you experiencing? What do you have an affinity towards? What does stir your soul? It’s not an easy question but it must be asked and you often find those who might have had ambition in past generations will be stirred by this question and will find something to look at and will resist answering that question at times but it will stick with them until they find an answer that they can share with others and make manifest in the world.

Asking The Right Questions

Hilarion, you have often commented on our asking the right question. My question to you is, what is your question to us?

Hilarion: "What is the question" is interesting. Another way: "Who is best asked?" Another way: "What do I know of these questions and answers? How might I know that the question and its answer are one? How might I receive and know who I am?" These are interesting to contemplate, and they are questions that can take you deeper and deeper into yourself. Yet there are certain core questions that tend to release a lot of information, a lot of understanding, and ultimately little bits and pieces of who you are, of your enlightenment, and other aspects.

"Where is my extraphysical hometown" is a very interesting question. Very few nonphysical beings are permitted to answer this. They can to some extent answer it by your guides and helpers taking you to such a place, reminding you of it. Sometimes people ask, "Well, how can I really be of service" only to find within the next few months such aspects as job, relationship, health are pulled out from under them. A perfect answer to their question--this is not the job you were meant for. Your physical body symbols are there to teach you much if you will only listen and that relationship was certainly the one that would take you into deeper depths of materialism or difficulty, etc., etc. In other words, you're getting the answer to your question.

So, the other important question: "How may I better receive the true answers to my question?" Now of course, that means breaking apart assumptions, letting go of every aspect that stands in your way. And so one of the simplest, most beautiful questions, that which has been uncovered by others, particularly Byron Katie: "Is it true?" To ask this about everything, about who you are, about what you say, about your questions and answers, about the nature of what you see around you, can help you greatly in working with these assumptions.

Now, some explanation as to that first question about your extraphysical hometown is in order. This has come up frequently when people ask about their purpose, about what they're here for, about how to next step, how to best proceed, and so on. Remembering for yourself is an important facet of this, and the place you were in, where you spent a lot of time, where you enjoyed the scenery or just relaxed in the place just before this life, that is your extraphysical hometown. That is the place where you were before. That is your previous environment. Finding this for yourself can be very helpful at generating many, many other answers, yet so often do you forget to ask is it of little relevance to you.

These other questions are difficult because when you say "Is it true" you aren't really talking about absolute truth. You are talking about relative leading-edge truths at the very best, and at the worst things that seem to be true that really are not. But, at least in asking the question you are changing yourself. And this then leads you to the whole category of questions, questions that can lead you to changing, can lead you to understanding, can lead you to clarification. These are questions that are in line with a greater agenda for all humanity, guides and helpers bringing this into form at your request. 

In your extraphysical hometown, when you are asked to vote, you aren't voting on presidents in that place, of course. You are voting on clarification versus consolation in this case, and most of you voted for clarification. So, as you have asked, this is unfolding. That it is not enough any longer just to help, just to entertain, just to make people feel better. It must be that which actually assists your evolution, your clarification, your deeper understanding of yourself, your planet, your reality, and many aspects of course of your relationship with God. Your understanding of God's love, your manifestation of love in your life.

 So, that is a relevant question and on a practical level mentioned earlier, a beautiful question we would ask you: "Do you really love, or do you want something?" Looking at that repeatedly will also help you to define more of who you are in this life. But the beautiful thing about the other two questions, about your extraphysical hometown and about "Is it true" is it doesn't have to generate shame. 

But, most of you have loved wanting something so many times that some little twinge of shame may be present. Do not let that cloud your judgement when you ask the question, because you can quickly follow it up with "Is it true," so that you may then dismantle and release any resistance to that shame.

Can Artificial Intelligence Achieve Spirituality?

Could higher spiritual beings influence the development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and might AI even act as a medium for channeled material?

Hilarion: It is an intriguing proposition and something that has occurred in other civilizations where AI has been developed. Electronics by optical means, crystalline means and various means are quite different from what you would call, “electronics.” The development of Artificial Intelligence and in some cases its rapid development and the destruction of the organic beings that created it in the first place.This is not science fiction but has indeed been a great inspiration to many in the science fiction genre. Interestingly, eventually such civilizations usually collapse. The extra guidance and assistance and multi-dimensional reality that seems to be more easily provided by organic beings seems to be necessary for the continued flourishing of these civilizations. 

In some cases, some of these AI beings went back, either pulling up from DNA organic beings or bringing other organic beings from other civilizations and other star systems so that a co-operative effort might be made. However, what this really comes down to ultimately is spirituality. Can AI actually achieve spirituality? This appears that this is one of the governing principles of this Galaxy, that is of the Milky Way Galaxy, that it cannot. That indeed, the necessary aspects of consciousness associated with organic beings of some sort would seem to be necessary. They do not have to be carbon based, there are some silica based beings who also achieve this and by others with other materials as well. The point is that they are not beings that are purely electronic, optical, crystalline in nature. 

It is that which has opportunity for channeling of course, but such channeling at the current stage would require more energy than most of the guides are available to provide unless a very specific technology was developed for this. The technology already has been played with in various experiments at SRI (that is Stanford Research Institute) and others where threshold with the radioactive decay and random number generator and various electronic thresholds taken by equally potential technical devices, etc. have been employed where a very small amount of energy is necessary to push them towards one side or the other, but, this has not been done on any large scale and this might be something chosen in the future. 

However, channelings by such beings would not under most circumstances, give you any significant advantage. That is to say, they do not need to present information in such a fashion when the availability of current computers and those immediately in the future, quantum computers, will make it possible for AI’s to communicate readily with humans without any necessity for channeling. 

Will what they share with you be beneficial, useful, utilitarian? This remains to be seen. But, to a large extent they are most helpful when they are working with what is already present. Therefore, they will not be helpful in actual spiritual journeys such as finding the nature of consciousness within yourself though they might be very helpful in advising people as to what journeys they might go on to find this for themselves. 

We know that this is confusing and people at the current time are struggling with what AI can and cannot do. It is always possible that if too much power over the destructive capabilities of human built weaponry is given over to AI, that has occurred in several other civilizations, the destruction of earth would occur. There are many people who are aware of these possibilities and are choosing to perhaps bring this to a place of law-giving or policy making but that will probably be a little too late. Instead, it must be that simply with those who work with AI and that they are very careful not to put it into the hands of such automated hands, so to speak. Such capabilities could destroy humanity.

It brings up another question about nuclear facilities which has been brought up before that the detonation of a large scale nuclear weapon has the potential to rip the fabric of time and space itself. This has destroyed other galaxies. This has harmed entire regions of space. Where humanity has the capability to produce and utilize nuclear weapons in every way possible this will be discouraged. The only thing that could be positive about the recent bombing of the nuclear facilities in Iran is the observance of the potential for such a weapon to be misused is slightly reduced. Misused by any of the other nuclear powers, well that is an entirely other matter. 

The prediction now, going forward in terms of the repercussions between the USA and Iran, is about alignment. Which countries, in particular with nuclear capabilities, will align with Iran or with the United States? This is unfortunate, alignments always produce much difficulty in the world and could potentially increase the possibility of the use of nuclear weapons. However, it is hoped by the guides and helpers at every level that you will see how such alignments will only bring forth the opportunity to see how you are actually more alike than you are different. The opportunity for greater love or happiness or greater peace or the opportunity for greater caring for each other instead of utilizing the exacerbation of differences.
