Hilarion: this shift is to become physical. We have spoken of this in many different contexts in the past. In a talk specifically about disease on Earth (the book New Cells, New Bodies, New Life) is the idea that you do not need disease anymore on earth. The ways of learning that have brought you into consciousness about your own bodies include deficits or difficulties or deficiencies in the bodies, as well as various things wrong with how body parts are supposed to function. These ways are ready to be let go of by humanity, if it is chosen by many people at once.
Yet, how will the lessons come? One way is by direct knowing- intuition; another is through the uniqueness and the beautiful points of view of all the other people. This is how disease is often healed in people. Because you see a practitioner who has a larger perspective and an ability to share with with you the lesson, the understating behind the difficulty. In order for this to be manifested without the use of technology, various lessons must be incorporated within the one who is being healed. This means that the various ways you actually make things real for yourselves must be strengthened. The light grids act as a bridge into the DNA patterns, where such knowledge is housed.
Therefore, just as you understand how the genetic coding in your bodies gives you a a predisposition towards certain diseases (meaning certain patterns of life lessons) so the coding also gives you a predisposition towards certain ways of light, of healing, of inner strength, of awareness, and of your own unique vision of God.
In this way, ultimately, as all of the DNA patterns begin to resonate and coordinate, they become much more than physical manifestations; they actually become the anchoring and transmission media by which these larger messages are received and known by humanity.
DNA's primary purpose is in this transition and transmission of information from one generation through the next and into the next. Your children receive this transmission and these developing ways of light and awareness of God are preserved through the DNA patterns. You don't have to teach your children about how to release disease, how to become one with this unique energy or how to work with the universal principles on all levels. It is innate in your being and this is transferred by your very nature to the next one.
This will lay the ground work for other physical manifestations within the DNA patterns. No longer will humanity be influenced by other beings such as extraterrestrials or those who have the capacity to manipulate the genes by chemistry or physics. Rather, human beings themselves begin to to alter and work with their own destinies, their own genetic patterns within their own domain; and in a loving way, these things are then brought easily into all beings. This is a path that many other civilizations have followed that is not so much the path of love, the path of awareness with the light grids and other matters, but the way in which they bring this into form finally is in genetic coding of some kind.
The RNA and DNA connections that Cheryl (Whiteford) facilitates appear to be generally beneficial in all cases. We also see that there are many other energies coming in here that begin to affect these. In some ways the creation, activation, and awareness of the light body grids is a powerful protection against energetic and other kinds of interference. Because you are becoming more aware of your own role to play in this, outside influence from other humans or beings not of this earth wanting to change your DNA patterns is much more difficult. You are in charge of this ever that much more now. You may choose how this work will go in the future, though now you do not have the tools or understanding for it, you are empowered to work with it --and that is an important part of this light body work, too. It is not very important right now, but you will see it is as more and more important as humanity grows into the future.

Cheryl: Will you explain what it is that I am doing when I do energy work such as light body grid activation?
Hilarion: In this awareness, a very important new aspect of humanity is coming into form. This is an awareness of the subtle bodies as they are manifesting in a reality much more real in some ways than the physical. The subtle bodies must have a structure within which to resonate and operate, just as the physical body must have a cellular structure made of physical matter to resonate and work with. The subtle bodies require various energy patterns, as all matter is energy; the cells
are another form of energy, but at the third dimensional level.
In another sense of this, there is awareness of a structure yet to come into form to create a resonance-- not only with the subtle bodies, but with all aspects of being. This is not fully formed. It is part of humanity's own creative working that much of this comes into form, and is still in flux. Individuals such as yourself, Cheryl, and a few others are beginning to play in this area and to create some of the pathways so that some of this may come into form, if asked.
However, it is recognized so far that much of this work is a translation into a level whereby an anchoring takes place primarily for the emotional body. This is extremely useful, particularly for most individuals who are working with what you would call light grid levels 1 to 12.
We also recognize that as all the chakras resonate, so it is also that all of these light grid patterns tend to resonate with each of the subtle bodies. So there will be resonance between the spiritual bodies and buddhist bodies, as well as all of these with the mental, emotional, astral and aetheric bodies. The essential compound that is so important at this time is the etheric fluidium brought into density. This is, in fact, the same substance that modulated by love (that substance connecting all things and all places) and is allowed as if in movement, to communicate. The communication is not so much of specific ideas, as of the underlying idea of love and of healing--healing in the sense that becoming one with the larger perspective is available.
This is not meant to describe what happens in the work, but rather to get at the very nature of the light body grid structures themselves. Therefore, they are not made of cellular matter. The light grids are made of what might be understood as a densified love and an aetheric fluidium, brought to a higher vibration level into the form in which it is then able to transmit and act as a structure.
This energy work, then, includes an attunement with the person, looking into the body and working with the various patterns. All of these processes create a deep state of resonance between the two of you. This allows the actual solidification-almost a concretization of all the subtle energies to take place. It actually takes a catalyst to to this. The catalyst is largely energetic. It can seem to you as if you are doing it, but in point of fact you are allowing it. In resonating with it, you always have a small portion of this--almost as your reward--left with you.
The essence of this work is potential. The potential is that which you glimpse, which the individual then resonates with his or her will, and the two become one--acting as the foundation for catalytic energies. It is also observed here that such a resonance as creating various structures has tremendous benefit at a later time. Individuals will find that just as they are able to intermingle with their physical structures (for instance in the act of intercourse or in a way of closeness or of giving birth --therefore a coming together of two separates or a splitting part of one whole). This can also take place with these new light body grid structures.
This is the basis from which life itself can spring, taking a whole new form. For, as is clearly required, as there is deeper understanding of the meddling and other ways various races have acted upon humanity, soon it will be time for humanity to take charge of this. A healing period of a few hundred years in which creativity or creation of the human form without genetic manipulation will be necessary. Therefore, bringing in the structure of a light grid system as the foundation work before the human form is then laid upon it, is one possibility as to where this light body grid will go. This is important to understand because it allows you a deeper awareness of the potential of this work. Each time you begin to work with potential, you must also look at the potential of that which you are working with within a grander scheme.
